If you want on at Sundown or Dusk and off at Sunrise or Dawn then you can have Google Home do that timing. I use Google Home for an outdoor stoop Wiz Bulb that does what you're asking.

A: The Wiz app allows you to set timers/schedules. For a true dusk to dawn functionality you can use IFTTT app and connect to a weather service to create an applet that turns the light on/off based on sunrise or sunset times.

A: the PAR38 will product a greater amount of light than the BR30. The BR30 also has a much wider beam spread than the PAR38 bulb
