A: It is slightly less than 2" OD. The part of the cap that fits inside the tubing is slightly less than 2"OD and accommodates the tubing's 0.05" wall thickness and the end part goes flush to the 2"OD tubing. I hope this helps.

Q:This end cap will be appropriate to be inserted in a solid polished brass Tube extremity having 50mm O.D. (Outside Diameter) and that has 1,5 mm of wall thickeness (Inside Diameter beeing in case of 50 - 2x1,5 = 47mm)?
