      Q:Like others, I find turning the dial for blow vs vacuum impossible--seems like you need the equivalent of lug nut wrench. Yes I'm pulling it up first. Has anyone figured out how to get the dial to turn?

      A:  Definitely here because I've having this issue. Just bought it. Worked well as a blower, converted to vacuum fine, but now can't remove the bag because the knob will pull up but not turn, AT ALL! Definitely an Internal problem. No solution found.

        A:  I was trying too hard. Try not inserting it all the way (like about 1/8 away from fully inserted). When you turn the dial the tab goes farther into the slot. I spent 30 minutes trying to turn the knob...

            Q:Instead of using the bag, does Ryobi have a hose and lid connection that can fit over a yard waste bin? I have a ton of leaves. I know the mulching capability is good, but it will still take many bags.

                        Q:Defective design. Some electrical connection is shutting mine down while I'm using it. I think it may be a safety mechanism or switch connection. It restarts if I jar it a bit, but otherwise it's mostly useless.
