Q:Have a ryobi easy edge with battery it shows it is charged but when I use it with easy edge it stops after twenty seconds I have tested the battery as per instructions and it shows it is charged I have used it on the blower and it works do I need another

Rotate the lower end of the tool to the edging position. Make sure the latches snap into place and the lower end of the tool is secured before beginning operation. I hope this helps!
