Our shades stick well to most clean, dry surfaces but may not stick well to some surfaces such as wallpaper or freshly painted dry wall with that 30-90day mark of being painted. We do recommend testing out the surface, using a small portion of the shade that will be cut to fit, or adhering it to another surface such as metal or the glass portion of the window.
