A:  Standard counters are 24-25" deep, and the doors have to be able to open, that is an angle outside of that depth.

However, we do not have any records as to which models are magnetic or which are not. A:  There is an ice maker in the freezer drawer. It's magnetic. No water dispenser. We use filtering pitcher. Minor drawback- shelves have limited height adjustment. We chose this model because we had a specific space to fit. Good choice for us.
