Q:Where can I buy the connectors for corners?

      Answer This Question

A:  Connectors or corners are not available for "Jolly" or similar profile "Schiene". Connections are butted together. For corners, I prefer a miter saw with a fine tooth (60 teeth) carbide blade. A lot of people find a wet saw or hack saw cut is acceptable too. If you are set on metal trim with connectors and corners try "Rondec" or "Quadec" profiles, also, by Schluter.

A:  you should use the thinset to hold this in place, so you don't need to account for the extra 1/8 inch. it sits flat against the hardie backer
