Q:Can this be used to remove construction stains on pavers? There is a white reside on my pavers from a remodel where the pavers were not properly covered and contractors cut tile and drywall directly on the pavers.

Answer This Question
A: Our Simple Green Concrete & Driveway Cleaner may not be very effective at removing construction stains on pavers. It may require the use of solvents, though those should be used with caution.

Q:Is this product safe if you have pets

Answer This Question
A: You can use our Simple Green Concrete & Driveway Cleaner, though you will have to keep pets away from the area being cleaned until the area is visibly dry. After cleaning, you will want to thoroughly rinse with water the cleaned area before the cleaner dries. If there is any grass or shrubbery next to the cleaned area, that can also be rinsed with water to further dilute any potential runoff. Once the area is dry, pets can be allowed back onto this area.

A: I have used this for 3 years now and have not had any problems with my pets (cats) neither have I had any of my neighbors who own dogs report any issues. I see squirrels, birds and lizards pace back and forth on the driveway right after cleaning and don't seem to be triggered by any irritation.
Therefore, I would say its SAFE!

A: No

A: This can be used on a pressure treated deck. You will want to dilute this at least 1:10 to 1:20, 1 part cleaner to 10 to 20 parts water. If the deck is large, you will want to clean in sections so you can apply the mixture, scrub where needed, and rinse off before it dries.

Q:What soap do I use to wash a car

Answer This Question
A: Our Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner can be used to wash a car. It works on cars with factory-finish paint jobs. Any surfaces with custom-paint should be spot tested to ensure compatibility. Any glass or reflective surfaces should be avoided or have minimal soap since our cleaner tends to leave streaks, which can be rinsed off or cleaned off with a standard glass cleaner.

A: Simple Green makes a product especially for cars that's sold by Home Depot. This product is for cleaning concrete driveways. I would not risk it on a car or truck. I could damage the paint or clear coat.

Q:I live in a townhouse and my dog goes on the patio - not a problem atfirst, but my roommates male dog has some very smelly urine... i want to seal the concrete but need to give it a good clean prior...

Answer This Question
A: Concrete is porous and dog urine might have soaked deep within the concrete if the dog has been using it for a long while. This may require multiple cleanings and the use of an enzymatic cleaner that can sit on the concrete for a longer period of time to help remove the source of the odor.

A: It should clean it just fine. You may want to dilute a little bleach with water and spray that on first, let it sit 5 minutes or so, rinse. Then use this to clean and make it smell better. That's what I do with my dog.
