A:  Very happy with this ottoman. The four top pieces rest nicely on the supports and there is no sagging or other issues. The only “problem” is that it can be a tiny bit hard to lift out the top pieces when they are flipped to their cushion side. But that is mostly because the edges of the fabric seem to lift slightly, not a super big deal. The chemical smell that others mention isn’t as bad as I expected, and I have a very sensitive smell. It goes away after a couple weeks. The tops are almost like Memory foam (or maybe they are?) and are very comfortable. I am extremely happy with the quality of the materials. If you’re thinking about buying this, it’s a perfect option for quality, functionality, and style. The gray color is absolutely perfect. I wanted to add more than one photo for the review. I’ve posted a review for this ottoman on Amazon as well, with more photos.
