A:  Sorry to hear that. That's usually our first suggestions so if you've already tried that we would just suggest making sure that the new battery was good and was the same specs as the original one, in case the original was 3.2v and you installed a 1.2v or 1.5v one. You can also clean the terminals in the battery compartment, and inspect the wiring up to the panels for any loose wire connections. -SLHG

A:  They are LED. Suppose to last forever! Don’t think you can change them

A:  The lights are LEDs that are wired into the unit. They are not removable bulbs.

A:  The dimensions listed in the product overview section are about 11.5" x 11.5" x 22.5" tall. -SLHG

A:  The newer version has 1 SMLED at the top but the quality should be the same. If you have an issue with it and need a new battery or lantern it's covered by us under our 1-year manufacturer's warranty. -SLHG

A:  It only worked for 3 weeks. Very poor.

A:  Mine have lasted a year or more. However replacing the batteries and making them work again haven't been real successful for me. Maybe you will be more successful than me. I have ended up just buying another lantern.

A:  Have not had to replace yet and going on 2 1/2 years. Love this lantern!

A:  There are different kinds of rechargeable batteries but in general they last a few years before they need to be replaced.
