A: Depends on how long they keep the mat down over it. Overnight most likely no change, kept on it for a few days, yes the milky look will begin to take hold.

A: Yes, I had the mat under Weber grill on new Azek deck for about a year. When we pulled the Matt up to clean deck this spring we found white spots under where edge of mat was and have been unable to wash off.

A: Hello,
We have our pad on a paver patio outside. We have not had a problem with any moisture being trapped. There are no stains under the pad. We have had it for over a year and it has been great!
