A:  While the stone sealer doesn't necessarily have to be water-based, it is advisable to conduct a test. Similarly, using an enhancer is acceptable, but it is essential to perform a test beforehand.

A:  TCNA guidelines indicate the use of silicone caulk at every change of plane instead of grout.

A:  Did you mix it with the activator? Also, the instructions are horrible with this product but I'm pretty sure you have to sprinkle water on it to get it to smooth out and set. I did that and mine set.

A:  Improperly mixing the catalyst and grout is the most likely cause. It can cause unpredictable results. Unfortunately we recommend replacing with fresh product.

A:  Possibly if the peel and stick tile is securely adhered so that it doesn't move when applying the grout. There is also a chance that the grout could discolor the tile depending on the texture.

A:  Starlike Crystal EVO translucent epoxy grout can be used in grout lines up to 1/8" (3mm) wide.

A:  Unfortunately it doesn't but you could try Epoxy Elite EVO Bianco Assoluto. It comes in 11lb pails. It's a little bit different in how it's made so it may not match the Starlike exactly when installed but if you're starting a new project it might work better for you.
