      A:  The installer will do their best to make the seams the least noticeable possible but we cannot guarantee that you will not be able to see where the seams are in the floor.

        A:  No. The installation company can move furniture for you, though you need to have the room ready to be rearranged. You’ll receive details on how to prepare a few days before your installation.

          Q:I am an architectural designer and using my work software recreated my house in 2/3D. I have all the dimensions an installer needs to give an estimate. Will this suffice?

          A:  For us to use the measurements, it has to come in from our proprietary draw program. We could work on site with the owner, but for our warranty, its much better to just have our person do the drawing and then the owner can confirm the measurements and answer any questions. Thanks.

            A:  The carpet comes in 12’ width so you will have to order a 12’x 1’ for example. You can call the store and see how small you can order.

                A:  I am not sure if you are asking about the gauge of the carpet. If that is the case, it is 3/16.
