Q:Can you add an in-line water heater? My source HWT is some distance away and often supplies cold water for a time. I understand the Friction Heater only maintains, rather than an insta-hot capacity to heat cold water. If an in-line is added how does it tie into the tub water control?

Answer This Question
A: Hi Stephen, unfortunately we do not offer such a heater. If I may, I would suggest looking into a tankless water heater to install in the area around your tub. It will not store any water but will insta-heat the incoming water.

Q:I have an alcove fiberglass whirlpool tub now, left drain, and has a separate circuit breaker, but I want a walk-in whirlpool. the motor is accessible through a small door in adjoining closet. Wonder what are my options for a walk-in replacement, with easiest install ? The tile is excellent above and around the walls. I need an excellent installer to tell me which tub to get: Kohler, American Standard, or whatever ? please advise
