For the VIGO VG02001 kitchen faucet, there is a flow restrictor that is located at the bottom of the faucet where your sprayer hose is connected. 1. disconnect the sprayer hose from the bottom of the faucet. 2. unscrew brass nut at the end of the copper pipe. There is a restrictor inside of the brass nut. 3. reconnect sprayer hose directly to the copper pipe. These steps should take care of your low flow issue.

A:  Thank you for your inquiry. The VIGO Edison VG020001ST faucet comes with a counterweight that should be attached the sprayer hose underneath the sink. The counterweight is used to create the tension to hold the sprayer in the holder. If the counterweight is missing or located in the wrong area of the hose, this issue would be a possiblity. The counterweight should be connected on the hose on the same side that the hose goes up into and through the faucet.

A:  Mine works fine. Contact Vigo or home depot, your spout/hose may be defective.

A:  Ours didn’t have the covers - we had two holes drilled into the new granite counter top

A:  This will take 2 holes if you use the soap dispenser. They make cheap plugs you can use to cover unused holes so you do not have to buy a new sink.

A:  I don’t think this comes with a cover. The soap dispenser would fill 1 hole and the faucet would fill 1. You will probably have to replace the sink.

A:  The sprayer itself is plastic.

A:  The Edison single handle pull down can only be installed with the handle on the right and in the front. Unfortunately it would not work with the handle on the left.

A:  Yes, that can be addressed when it is installed. Mine is on the left. I chose a really unusual sink then chose this faucet to compliment it. I'm very happy with the look. Now if they will only finish the rest of the reno...lol...

A:  The button on the sprayer is a toggle that works with the water pressure.
