Q:I'm replacing a couple of damaged chestnut brown fence panels. Could you tell me the distance between the rails on this panel? My current fence is 57 rail to rail. Or point me towards a dimensional drawing of the fence panel.

Q:Is PlyGem the manufacturer? I noticed a PlyGem Expert is answering questions. We found a similar product called Woodland Select by PlyGem, the color is Chestnut brown. We saw the sample with a local fence company but cannot find a sample on display at home depot and we would like to see it before purchasing online. Wondering if Veranda is the same product different name (made for home depot). thanks so much...

    A:  Thank you for your inquiry. Yes you are able to narrow down a fence section to meet your project needs. You will need to make sure that you cut the same amount of width off of each component (rail, insert, picket) of the fence to insure it goes together the same as designed at the full length.

      A:  yes, it can, just make sure you cut all pieces the same measurement. example, cut 6 inches off the middle picket, cut 6 inches off the upper and lower rails, then cut 6 inches off the metal support piece.

        A:  Thank you for your inquiry. We don't offer an option for 2 different colors in any kits with The Home Depot. Also the specific colors you are asking about (White is our Fairfax Privacy) and the Aged Cedar are made with components that don't match each other, different measurements. It is an interesting idea to consider.
