Questions and Answers for Viagrow Recirculating Deep Water Culture (DWC) 4-Bucket Hydroponic System Kit

A:  I don't see why not. You will need to replenish the nutrient solution accordingly. How long the plants last in the system depends somewhat on what you are growing and how long you see them producing to your expectations. I really like how this system works. I started with tomatoes but had issues with supporting them as they got larger (nothing above them to attach supports where I set them up) so I got some lids and drilled them out with a hole saw to support 5 smaller net pots. Since then I've grown things like kohl rabi, Chinese cabbage, pak choi, and some lettuce. Instead of one large plant in each bucket I've dealt with 5 smaller full grown plants. The season didn't matter as long as I kept the solution topped up.
