Answer This Question

A:  Hello Darlene, thank you for your question. A hammer with a wooden block can be used to hammer the trellis in to the soil. If the soil is too rocky then you can dig a small hole to insert the trellis' spikes.

A:  It is pretty thick, I have had them up in my full Arizona sun for a while now and they hold up great. I would say it is 1/8th to 1/4 inch thick.

A:  Hello Searching, thank you for your question. We don't recommend installing this trellis in the pot. We recommend installing this directly in the ground. Thank you!

Q:I’m wondering if it would be long enough to stick that portion in a planter for a vining plant or it will end up being too too heavy. It not be leaning against anything and my back patio can be windy.

A:  It seems to settle sturdily in the pot which is ceramic and 15 inches wide and 16 inches tall. I do not have any concern about our high winds blowing it down. Might need to keep the plant trimmed a little to allow air flow through it as it grows. I like mine very much and feel it was just what I was looking for.
