Answer This Question
A: Good question, Wilson! It absolutely can be installed on an end post and you're right, it would have to be on a side that does not have the routes/holes in it. I do hope this has helped but if you need anything further, please feel free to give us a call at 855-224-9761.

Answer This Question
A: Great question, Trish! You do not need brackets to install the Weatherables Glenshire fence panels because we use what's called a "routed" system. This means that we custom route or cut the holes in the post for you where the rails from your fence panel will slide in and lock into place. No hardware or brackets are needed. I do hope this has helped but if you have any additional questions, please feel free to give us a call at 855-224-9761.

A: Our Halifax fence (6 in. T&G) is able to accommodate a slope of 4 in. over 8 ft. If the slope of the installation area will require a steeper grade, we advise a stepping installation method. Also, all of our fence panels can be cut down to the desired/needed width. Our Halifax fence (6 in. T&G) is able to accommodate a slope of 4 in. over 8 ft. A: Just my opinion, but I don’t think that would work. The lateral pieces have built in clips to lock into the vertical posts. Those clips would not lock at a 45. If you could figure out some other way to secure them it might work.

Answer This Question
A: Hello, thank you for your inquiry. We do recommend the installation depth of 29"-36" set in ground with concrete. A purchase of the 10' posts, (LWPT-END-5X120) will allow the installation depth and still offer the installed out of ground 6"-12". Of course if you have any questions or if we can assist in anyway with your project please feel free to reach out. We are always happy to help. Call us at 855-224-9761 or email hdhelp@weatherables.com.

Answer This Question
A: It can be inserted into wet concrete (how I did it) and mounted that way or by using something like metal L brackets to dried concrete (probably not as secure). It is hollow on the inside but surprisingly sturdy.

A: The post is pre cut for the fence height. There are different heights of fence. Contact the vendor if you are looking for a height not offered. The horizontal lengths (width) can be trimmed as needed.

A: Yes, Panels can be cut. There are several ways to cut them. But if you shorten the panels you have to put a new rectangle hole in the post to accommodate the new panel length. Home Depot online has shorter Vinal fencing that may meet your needs.

A: Good morning, Nick. I am happy to help. The part# listed above is actually our fence posts that are 9 ft. long. Reason being is the standard is to put your posts 36" in the ground. These posts are typically used with a 6 ft. H fence panel. In regards to our fence panels, if they are too wide (for example 8 ft. W) they can absolutely be cut down to size if they are too wide. I do hope that this has answered your questions but if not, you are more than welcome to give us a call at 855-224-9761.
