Q:Would it be able to handle a fridge and small window ac during power outage

Answer This Question
A: The splitter is rated at 1800 watts, max. For continuous run, reduce by 10% (180 watts), which leaves you with 1620 watts.
A 15 cubic-foot refrig will pull 700 - 800 watts and a small window AC 500 - 600 watts. Check the electric plates on both.
