A:  Yes, however, the tension isn’t very good. I can’t keep my rod from falling. I plan to buy a new one.

A:  End caps do not come off. There's sometimes a gap from the curtain and wall because of it. The space is larger than a normal rod and can allow for water to exit the shower if splash is perpendicular to the curtain.
