This is good material for a workbench top. Easy to work with, cut and sealcoat.

Cut out a 48” round to make an outdoor tabletop. Pour painted on it and will be protecting the paint with resin next week. I also was able to cut another 23” round and multiple square and rectangles and triangles for other painting projects. Nothing wasted!

MDF is an excellent choice for indoor projects that requires no expansion or contraction. I've used it for woodwork and wainscoting. Excellent for painting and easy cutting. It doesn't route.

Love this product for making cabinets that are paint grade. Cost is getting to expensive though.

A piece of material is a piece of material. The difference is the store did the 5 cuts for me, no charge! This saved me a bunch of time and work. Since my table saw or circular saw are small this would have been extremely hard for me by myself. Not to mention getting it home on or in my vehicle. It took the employee less 5 minutes to do it with the right equipment and would easily fit in my car. Service keeps my your customer.

MDF panel rip cut at store got it on job site found panel coming apart. Was able to make work, had to hide side on inside of project. The should not happen when a full sheet was cut and it came apart on the inside cut of the panel.

Good quality. We use it often in various projects. It is specified as a 4ft x 8ft board but in fact it is 97 x 49 inch.

The board met our expectations. The store employee was very helpful and swift with cutting the board to our specifications.

Less cost would have made it excellent ?

Home Depot delivered a badly danaged sheet of 1/2” 4x8 MDF.

Most of the boards where in good shape but there were a couple that would could not fully use. They also they dropped off a gallon of wood glue that was damaged and leaked all over the MDF

Straight forward MDF. Has a straight factory edge that you can key off of. A bit pricey but so is all lumber these days.

Ridiculous price for MDF! Greedflation strikes again.

Recently purchased to make some shelves in my garage. Didn’t want a rough finish board so this one was perfect. Cut it down into 3 shelves and looks great in the garage.

Not the best product, really absorbs the paint/primer. Home Depot previously sold better MDF, I believe it was a Truman product. The current MDF product is inferior.
