When I ordered the gravel online, a color choice was offered. I selected tan gravel, however, gray gravel was delivered. When I called to inquire about this, I was told that there was no color choice despite the online description indicating that there was. The gravel is also quite rough and not the quality I was expecting. I ended up using it anyway due to the bulk delivery but I am not entirely pleased with it. I would not order this item again.

Great Product. Used it for landscaping. I bought a little too much (3 bags too much) since I wasn't sure exactly what i needed and didn't want to pay for another $80 delivery charge. Home Depot doesn't take returns unless you can get it to them. I don't have a forklift or a truck for the 1200 pound bags so that wasn't an option.

The reason I give 3 stars that 1/4 of bulks is sand.

Too heavy for even my sons to help carry. Had to shovel it out by hand until it was light enough to move out of the back of my F150 4x4.

Used it to fill in a low lying area for a faux french drain. Worked great. It's angular but small so it fills in nicely. If it was an area I was going barefoot I would get the pea pebbles which are polished smooth.

What can I say about 4000 pounds of crushed gravel? The gravel was needed to lay a base for two new 10x12 sheds being installed on my property. The deal for a 1/3 cubic yard was certainly a savings of at least half of what I would have bought in 40/50 pound bags. The Home Depot employees were friendly, professional, and efficient in the loading of the gravel into the truck bed. They were very careful with the forklift and did not do any damage to my truck. Of course this took four trips but each loading was smooth. Overall, a good experience and the gravel did exactly what was needed.

Worked great as a base for our pavers. I rented their truck ang got some sand also.

Just what I needed.

I have purchased a total of 6 in the last few weeks, I still need about 5 more. But three of them were the right color a Natura tanish river rock 38" color. 1 a dark gray 2 almost white. I complained at the store and she said they just come random colors. Not happy.

The big bags are great, and they are way easier then the stinkin little bags and better in price. I wish you had big bags back in Illinois and Wisconsin, SO GET ON IT.

1000 lbs rocks just perfect for my patio to cover the soil and protecs weeds growing clean and simple way and looks even beuatiful in your patio . Thanks
