We needed occasional shelter for our 25lb Chihuahua-terrier mix and didn't want a typical kennel. Wanted to give our dog the option going in and out. Searched the web and many like these were very expensive and the size wasn't roomy enough. We ordered this and came within 5 days. It came in a flat box and all we need to do is snap together the pieces,. It also came with a 2 clear opening flaps for the doors entrance which required simply screwing them to the door (optional, if you didn't want to use them). By itself, the side pieces did not seem that sturdy, but once all 4 sides and the roof were assembled, this house was solid and sturdy. Love the overall appearance! Very attractive design ...from the faux shutters to the green roof. I took less than 30 minutes to assemble. We don't know if our dog will actually use it, but it adds a nice outdoor element to our backyard. The overall size is ample (both height & width) and could accommodate a dog up to 35-40 lbs. Would make a perfect gift ...and the price is so affordable!

My dogs love there new home! This house was easy to assemble and very durable. My dogs are now protected from inclement weather and it's big enough for both of my small dogs! Great bang for my buck.
