I installed this water heater 2 weeks ago with no problem.

Great performance but blower housing started leaking water within the first week.

I bought this water heater February 2016 and I waited to do the review seeing I have bought things and they worked great for awhile then they didn't work anymore so I wanted to make sure I knew what this would be after owning and using it for some time now I can truly say after 3 years this water heater works great no issues at all very pleased with this product

Everything should be "Excellent" for the first few weeks, check back in 4 or 5 years, then I will give you a REAL rating. So far Excellent

Yes, I’m very pleased with my Richmond 40 Gal Tank Water Heater. It took some adjusting to fit in place of my old water heater due to a model difference. But this heater is working and running like a pro! Life is great!

The pressure relief valve didn’t work. Took one from old one being replaced. Otherwise so far so good.

Hardest issue was the leveling of the unit.

Arrived ahead of schedule, a snap to install.Highly recommend.

The product had a dent in the side.

Too early, as I just got this last week and installed. The one thing I can say is some people said in their reviews that power vents are too loud in terms of noise level and this one is not loud at all! so far so good. time will tell.

Very good water heater. I big loud for my taste but my prior heater did not have air fan.

Better price than comparable brands and models. A qualified friend installed it for me with no issues. The temperature control is simple and easy. Have only had it for about a month. Will it last?

The water heater was very well packaged. Product was delivered to store before the expected date. No parts missing. Installation went as expected. Works great.

This water heater does a great job supplying a four bedroom house without issues. It hasn’t been around to make any statements about its fuel usage. We call it the dragon…because that is what it sounds like when it fires up!
