Fan moves lots of air. Operating and set up instructions are vague. They cover several different models and don't detail this one as far as setting up the clock, and what the clear plastic, cup like object is that was packing taped to the fan motor once you remove the grates and look up in there. ( is that supposed to catch condensates that may possibly drip during use? that's my guess) Also, the upper piece of stainless shroud had some kind of oily stain under the protective film I haven't gotten off yet.

Only issue we had on installation was that the wires...
Only issue we had on installation was that the wires got crimped and it took a little fenagaling to get them to work. I still can’t figure out how to set minutes on clock. Got the hours okay. Placed call and left message but no one has called me back.

The finished product does not look like the picture. The bracket doesn't reach across so, it looks like the wall mount buckles. The aesthetics is not a good look.
For some reason I cannot set the clock either. I should have sent it back but, my wall had already been cut for it.

Very disappointed in the install instructions. Seriously thinking about returning. Trying to install the inner and outer chimneys has been a total nightmare. Love the look but not worth the hassle.

Did all the work to mount the unit and it didn't come on once plugged in. Had to re-box and take...
Did all the work to mount the unit and it didn't come on once plugged in. Had to re-box and take back to Home Depot. To avoid having to make mounting modifications, I ordered another one. Hopefully, this one will work. I will revisit this once I receive the new one, since the unit may be great but I just don't know yet. LOL!!
