The gazebo was a little challenging to assemble, looks great for one year, lasted thru a winter snow, started rusting in the spring... only 1 yr warranty , beware

My husband and I put this up over a weekend. I was a bit concerned because it was the first gazebo we purchased with a metal roof, but we figured this one would last the longest. I actually put the gazebo up while my husband supervised, since he just had eye surgery and wasn't allowed to look up or down for long periods of time. We purchased it in September 2020, and it's still standing and yes, we're still married :)! We have it bolted to a 12 x 12 wooden deck and it's held up to it's first New England weather including a mild hurricane just recently. You have to have patience when reading the instructions. They're crazy to read, but once you understand it, you'll get this up; just take your time. We look forward to having this for many, many years.

Putting this item together was extremely harder than what should have been and seeing videos of others put together. The intructions were only 15 steps that should have been at least 25. There are no videos and howtos for this item. Many screw anchors did no accommodate the screws to go in, especially on the center bar of the roof that screws into an anchor that shares itself with a screw from the underside. I had to use a cut off wheel and shave a few mm off to get it tight. The four posts will need to be held up with something to keep them sturdy upright, it was just me and my wife building this and as I was putting it together they tipped and ripped the anchors out of the cheap steel. I had to buy similar sized nuts and bolts to repair the damage. Get your fingers prepared for all the alan key wrenching that needs done, the bolt tightening wrench they give you is poor, use a 10mm for the bolts. The curtains are another horror story, the instruction pictures show hooks, there are no hooks, there are a ton of cheap plastic flaring tabs and when you put the holes of the curtains on you have to flare them out, very cheap. The zippers are also very cheap, one was off when we took it out of the bag, they ship them zipped all together on all four sides, so we had to pry the zipper open and get it back on there and clamp it. As I wrote this review my wife came in and told me there was hooks for the mesh screen that goes to the bottom of the four posts, only two of the posts had the holes drilled for them so I had to go and drill out two more holes to accommodate it. The roofing will more than likely require silicone sealant around the screw holes, I am waiting for a good rain to see the hold up, they give you tiny rubber bands to put around the screws as a seal....they break as you tighten the screws. You will also need to purchase some washers for many of the screws the pre-drilled holes are just a little to big and while you are screwing the head of the bolt will go too far in. This whole process was a trial and error. Just a tip for the roof, slide them in starting with the biggest pieces first. Also do not tighten any roofing screws until the end, many people have said the holes do not line up, leave yourself room to move things around and they do align. It looks good when finished but the value to the 12 hours for 2 people over 2 days was overwhelming.

So far I am loving it. Some of the parts don’t line up and don’t fit easily. We are working thru the issues.

Instructions are poorly done with missing info, Holes don’t line up good on roof and was very difficult. Grommets to hold curtains and screen fell apart and or ripped off easily(buying grommet tool to replace all. Other than that a good product but for $800 it would be a great product. if companies qc department did a better job there would have been an easier build.

Other than some of the predrilled holes in the sheet metal roof not lining up perfectly it went smoothly.

The roof assembly is a terrible process! It is very, very difficult and the support line was not helpful at all. The instructions are not detailed and putting the roof on was horrific.

We Love this gazebo just what we were expecting

The assembly instructions are a joke. Hard to read as they are illustrations, no words. Very confusing a d it took twice as long as it should have been and we needed to call someone to assist with the roof beams. Never again it's not worth the hastle, headache and backache. The weather stripping on the inside of the roof beam came out on 3 of them so I bet I will have a leak.

The direction only had bad pictures and no words . 4 parts in one of the pieces broke. Then when the new part came everything else that could go wrong did holes didn't line up threading for the bolts where stripped one the whole thread just spun with the bolt pieces for the roof would not stay on. Curtain rods on 2 of the sides don't fit . The grommets on the curtains are coming off. A few other things, purchase back in the beginning of April still going back and forth with the company 6/2/21. Purchased a similar gazebo last year $300 cheaper and a better quality wish I could have found that one in stock somewhere.

I would definitely recommend. It is very well made and sturdy. My husband and I have spent so much more time outdoors under the shade and relaxing.

Instructions are very poor. The metal parts that you hang the screen and sun block curtains up on just fall off when you hang them.

Item arrived undamaged but to wrong address. I had to go pick it up. Home Depot was great overall good experience refunded shipping. Doesn’t change the fact that incompetent delivery company delivered to neighbors house which was for sale and had 10 showings that day. I had to go retrieve my item all 300lbs of it. They refused to make delivery right. Again no issue with Home Depot or checkout just with third party delivery companies.

The frame was very easy to put together. Everything was labeled well. The only harder part was the roof but with 4 adults we were able to do it in one day. I get asked all the time where I bought it from, even by strangers walking by on the sidewalk! It’s really beautiful.

Excellent product. After construction, it was much sturdier than first appearance. I just wish some of the more intricate instructions were a little clearer. Other than that it came out great.

Assembly instructions are horrible but once it was done... it’s absolutely beautiful!!!

Overall, the gazebo looks nice and does the job I purchased it for. I would recommend this item. However, there were some issues with the product: 1) Some of the female screw receivers. 4 or 5 of them were crushed so that the inside end of the nut is narrow and the screw did not go all the way in. You could not remove the screw because the internal nut would turn. Very frustrating! I had to buy some new smaller screws and add a plastic insert to make it work. You can't or don't want to take it apart and return it because of the time and work already spent. 2) The curtains are 2 - 3 inches too long and drag on the ground! You would think the manufacture would have corrected this flaw. 3) The instructions contain only pictures no real instruction. Some steps have multiple activities with no direction as to which activity should be first, second, etc. This caused me to have to undo and redo some parts of the install after determining a different step should have been first for the installed pieces to fit properly. One tip is to install all pieces on a page/step and leave the screws loose until all pieces for that step are installed, then tighten the screws after all pieces are in place. This makes it easier to adjust so everythinbg fits tiogether correctly.

It definitely took 2 people about 6 hours to put together, but I am very pleased. I haven't put up the netting or privacy curtains yet but I'm sure it will all be fine. We just put it up. I like the simple look & color and it adds to our home and furnishings outside as it is on our outside deck. I definitely would recommend this product.

Very well built. Plan on a long day with 2 people assembling. Also go over parts I was missing 4 brackets

The instructions have no words, just pictures and not good pictures at that!! For the price it feels very flimsy and cheap! Once you get to the roof assembly it is anyone’s guess how to actually put it together! We are half way and I would like nothing more than to take it down and return it, but it’s a little too late. I am very angry, and disappointed at this point in the assembly. Please do not buy this I should have paid closer attention to the reviews!!!

Love my new gazebo! It fits right over my hot tub !

The gazebo was challenging because the assembly directions were cryptic , difficult to see details and poorly constructed. There were no helpful hints or specific directions for erecting and assembly! The hardware was difficult to use because holes were not drilled accurately in bars and in metal roofing parts. No reference to getting missing or lost parts or ask questions. When calling the only phone number, there was no answer! That's not all of our complaints but there isn't space or time. We got so far we just didn't want to take it down and return it. We thought it was our problem but no, it's Aleko's. What an exhausting job trying to read instructions with no words or instructions for help! Don't buy this one! Then it says not for over winter or permanent use and must be taken down over the winter...after we spent the better part of 3 days erecting it, can you imagine disassembling it and storing it every winter. If we could get it in a box and packed up we would send it back!

We bought the aleko Gazebo trough home depo on May 2020. And when we put it all together we miss the W3 part. My order number is WA83533762. Firts we called home depo then they told us to call the aleko vendor at 253 872 3656 and its no respond until now. kind a disappointed why no respond.

It took about 6 hrs to assemble. So far no problems and it looks great.

What a waist of time! I have put other similar gazebos together and nothing was as bad as this! The galvanized roof was made from very poor metal, the pre drilled holes would not align, the manufacturing was just done so poorly. After 12 hours of trying to make it happen, I gave up, took it apart and returned it.
