Needed something to use to get out of bed after hip replacement surgery. This filled the bill. I keep the remote, tissues, my phone and flashlight right at my fingertips. No more rummaging or knocking items off of my nightstand.

Bought about a month ago. Makes getting out of bed so much easier. Added support minimizes risk of falling as I transition from bed to Walker. Wish I’d gotten it sooner!

Simple instructions included for assembly, and once installed (get a second person to lift mattress to run strap beneath), easy to adjust. Extremely useful for supported sitting and clever inclusion of pockets.

I bought this for my mom and she loves it! She exclaims that it has made all the difference on the world in enabling her to get in and out of bed. What's really fantastic is that you can travel with it, even by air, because it's compact.

I bought this item a week ago and absolutely love it. It was easy to connect all the pieces. I built it in ten minutes. This item has a strap to tie it to the bed frame and only works with mattresses on top of box springs it wont work on plank beds. its very strong and i began using it that night. I have not rolled out of my tall bed since. its a nice handle to help me get into the bed.

I bought this for my mom who needs help getting up and down. This product is small enough to move around yet sturdy enough to support her large body habitats.

Great product, we use it for my mother who has dementia. Stability and fall prevention have been the big issue for her. This rail is a huge help in transfers from her wheelchair to the bed and back to the wheelchair. She said this was much easier, and we saw her struggle for a year on this. Highly recommend.

I am fairly tall with back and hip problems , especially on a low bed. This rail provides all the support I need. It only weighs 2 lbs so it is great to travel with since it breaks down to 5 pieces small enough to fit in any bag. It’s highly recommended.

Just received the Mighty Rail. Assembly was easy, and it supports me well. Expect to use this on an upcoming road trip. Seems easy enough to install and remove as we travel down the road, and it is compact enough to put in the car on a daily basis.

I bought this for my elderly father after he fell out of bed when trying to get up, and broke his hip and shoulder. Use it with his 15 inch mattress and it gives him just enough space to grab the handle. He also uses the pouch for his glasses and remotes.

I bought it a couple of months ago it helps my mom and dad get off the bed easy and safely and the can store there remotes in the pockets and easily find them again.

I didn't imagine just how much I would actually use this, & I've come to rely upon it quite a bit. The possibility of rolling off the bed is now reduced with the rail in place. Positioned like in your photo allows access to my nightstand. This was very important. The pockets are a great feature. I will be making use of all of them. My husband says the strap under the mattress is a good safety feature.

We bought this item for travel, but found it so useful, we now use it at home also.

I have lymphedema in both legs so it's hard to move in bed. This bedrail is very sturdy & gives me something to grab to shift positions. It's also great in the morning when I have to stand awhile before my feet want to move. I highly recommend this product!
