Overall the hot tub is terrific!! Strong jets, adjustable options and comfy lounger seat. The lights were a little disappointing, but all in all it was a great value. I moved and installed mine myself. One option to consider when moving is 3/4 inch plywood and pallet jack. Made it very manageable and I was able to rent the jack at Home Depot.

Seems like a good hot tub for the price but have only had it less than a week. The video on the Home Depot website showed a thin layer of spray foam on the inside of the shell. Mine did not come with this. I called Cal Spas and they stated they no longer do that. Not sure I like that.

Overall I am very pleased with this spa as I bought this for myself and son to relax and enjoy. Jets are strong and really work your muscles. Easy setup. Looks great. As advertised delivery is at driveway so be prepared to either move yourself or pay a company to install for you. Cons - Absolutely not a 7 person spa. There are "7 seats" but not designed to fit 7 people comfortably. 2 -3 adults at most. 3 adults will send water overflowing if the spa level is at the recommended level. If two of them gets out the water level becomes too low and starts cavitating the pump. Return line with filter is too high. I have enjoyed it now with 3 -4 people (we are a family of 5) having to refill the spa every time after use.

Very happy with this purchase. Glad to see the rivets on the side do not show as pictured. They blend in with the tub. Delivery drivers did set it right in front of our garage door instead of off to the side.

We were given a ship date from Home Depot, yet delivery was delayed for a few days. I know that this is not the fault of American Spas. The tub is very nice with lots of features, but the finish is not as nice as some of their other units. Looking back I would have gone with the AM756 instead.

Bought it on a whim. Just happened to be looking on line for a new hot tub abs this was on sale for around 4k. Which was 2300 off of normal price. Sale ended that night, so I pulled the trigger. I will say for 4k I think it's a great deal. Not sure about 6300 though. It does what it's suppose to and the shipping was good, if you have means to a skid loader with forks. The few setbacks are: only 7 little people are fitting in this. Didn't matter to me, it will only be 4 or 5 max typically. It doesn't have a blower which is no biggy to me. The insulation could be better. Im adding my own since I live in the midwest and it gets cold. So I have another hundred in that cost and time to do it. It's a basic hot tub without the bells and whistles. Does what I wanted to and im pleased with it

First, did not like the way it was delivered. It was just left in the driveway. I asked to be notified when the delivery was going to occur but wasn't. Secondly, only had the hot tub for about a month. Once filled with water it began to leak. Trying to contact the spa company now but they are not open on weekends.

I feel the smooth finish will be hard to keep clean. Good price, works great! The knob to change the water spouts is not be the spout, that knob does something else! Weird.

It would have been nice to have been provided detail regarding the delivery prior to the purchase. The first delivery vendor could not even take it out of the truck unless I had a crew. Transferred it to another company who at least was able to leave it on my driveway, but I had to pay for it to be moved into my back yard. I will provide another review when I have been able to use the hot tub enough to evaluate.

Great tub for the money. Only issue is the tub has basically no insulation! Just a thin piece of tin foil product. Open air around all the plumbing and components. I live in the mountains where it gets below zero. I took off all the covers and installed R30 all around. Should keep from freezing now and reduce my heating bill. Other then that, now that it's installed we love it! Quiet pumps and holds the heat well now. We love it!

Nice hot tub for the price. A little smaller inside than expected. Needs more leg room for tall people. Works very well, heats up fast. Would be nice if GFCI breaker was built in.

My hot tub wasn’t plumed as it was supposed to be with both pumps being acessable from the main panel. To get to the 2 pump you have to take an apart the other side of the hot tub needing keep both sides open and accessible just to bleed out the line.

easy to connect love all the features

I owned a generic hot tub years ago, so I learned real fast about moving it, setting it up and maintaining it. But since then, many changes have been made to hit tubs. Before I purchased the American Spas Glory on line thru Home Depot, I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and finally narrowed the search down to the Glory. I discovered that American Spas is one of the best spa makers out there. Their customer service people were very nice and helpful in picking out this particular spa. My son and I are 6 foot plus, and I needed a spa that not only had a lounger, but one which would accommodate large people. Again, after much research, I purchased the Glory on line after watching the prices on all spas change daily on Home Depot.com. I checked on line several times a day, and recently, the Glory went down in price from $5999 to $3500, including steps and cover. I jumped on this offer, and I am so glad I did. The spa was delivered to my home several days early, but the delivery company called the day before and warned me just before it was delivered. The delivery man placed the spa up my driveway and next to the garage door, and I hired five guys from a construction company to move it to my back patio. Other than temporarily removing a section of fence surrounding the patio, set-up was actually fairly easy. It was delivered on its side strapped down to a pallet and well packaged. After it was set up, the next step was to run a 220 volt line from my breaker box around two sides of my house and over to the GFI spa panel. We drilled a one inch hold under the right side panel of the spa for the conduit and another hole next to it for the drain line. We then filled it up, which only took about 90 minutes, and flipped the switch and wala...everything worked! The jets close clockwise and open counter clockwise, just the opposite of what the manual indicated. The jets all work great, the LED lights and water fall streams are a great add-on to this spa. It is well-built, good, quality construction, and worth every penny of what it costs. My son loves the lounger and I love the variable seating it has. The only drawback is that the spa's floorboard isn't very large, so three people seated play footsies which each other. The jets are so strong on full blast that they will move you out of your seat, but a simple adjustment takes care of that...we just turned them down a bit. The spa is well-insulated and it heats very fast. It also maintains a constant temperature even it is lower than what it is set at. It came with steps and a cover, and I ordered a spa chemical kit on line. Until I receive the kit, I just used a few teaspoons of brominating granuals each day for sanitizing. The ozonator works great and a must for spa owners. Don't waste your money on spas having MP3 stereos and fancy exterior lighting. This spa is great for the buck and worth every penny. Always get a spa with a 220 volt system, preferably with two pumps, and a built-in ozonating system. AN remember, no spa is to big for your purpose. Always get a larger spa than what you need, because having the extra space is great especially if you have guests. Again, and finally, a great, great spa for the price...workman ship and quality are great...

Haven’t worked out an effective chemical balance yet, but the tub functions as expected. Very nice!

So far so good! Love this tub. It replaced an 18 year old spa I patched up every season but decided to upgrade this year. Great value for the money as I was able purchase just at the time it was put on sale. Quality is great for what I spent. I’m very satisfied with my decision.
