I feel like I am in a spa in my own home! This tub is so comfortable, beautiful and easy to clean. It's absolutely awesome!

Love this tub! Deep and easy to clean with a sense of luxury

installed this tub this last weekend with a licensed plumber. The tub went in well but the faucet hoses are so short that you need to buy add on pieces to extend the length of them so they can be tightened beneath the floor. It just creates more places that it can leak. Its not a huge deal but it is a pain. I called and spoke with American standard and they were unapologetic about it so wasn't really happy about that. I like the tub and faucet overall so far.

This tub is very flimsy. We liked the wide top edge, because we thought it might make a nice ledge to sit on. However it is comprised of an outer and an inner lining and is too lightweight for sitting on it to be safe. However, there was no freight charge to send it back and no hassle getting credit. To be honest, there was nothing wrong with it, and the manufacturer didn't even want it back. What's that say about this product?... It seems like something that should be in a mobile home.

Pretty easy to install on our 2nd level master bath remodel, but it would be tough if I weren't down to my subfloor. Unit looks awesome, but for some reason our faucet is leaking out of the handheld device even when we're not using it. It just dribbles out. I contacted customer service and they wanted to send me a new hose which is clearly not the issue. It's leaking even with the hose off. We'll see if they get it resolved, but in the meantime I'm looking at a nice tub that cannot be used that's been sitting there for over 2 weeks. Frustrating when you pay $1000+ for a nice freestanding tub. For install, I agree with another reviewer that it's much easier to install the gasket on the rigid insert vs. the decorative and thinner piece on the outside.

After recommended installation procedures, the tub installed perfectly. Tub filler , tub combo looks sleek. everything works perfectly.

I love the look of this tub and the value with the fill valve included is awesome. The fill post is solid, beautifully made and functions like a piece of art. I have two areas for improvement- one major, one minor. Minor first- the "gasket" is cheap and flimsy and the instructions have you attached it to the shell- on the thin top edge- the result? the top pushes the flange out of the way. A better approach would be a pre-installed flange on the tub portion itself- which is what we essentially did. The major- the supply hoses only extend 2" beyond the fill pipe- and once we read the instructions carefully, it said "attached the supply hoses FROM BELOW. So unless you live in a single story with no unfinished basement or new construction where you finish the bathrooms before sheetrock, this means you have to cut a hole in the ceiling below the tub to install. This is an easy problem to fix and American Standard is a quality company- they should redesign this.  One other tip- once you set the tub with the silicone, fill the tub immediately to set it in the silicone- it will do it for the tub and for the base.  Now that it's in- it's fabulous!

This tub was love at first sight. The contemporary look and stylish design brought a great luxurious feeling to our newly renovated bathroom. My husband is a very tall man  and he was able to fit in this tub with such ease. Soaking tub with extra deep bathing brings comfort and bliss. With this tub, Freestanding tub filler with hand spray and drain were provided so we didn't have to hunt down matching products. Great value!
