This faucet has a serious defect - the water flow rate is EXTREMELY low, and I had the exact same issue with two of these faucets! It's about the width of a pencil! It is so low that the spray function will not stay on unless you hold the button down, it goes right back to the regular stream. And forget about filling a glass quickly, let alone a pot. You can see from my pictures that there is hardly any water coming out when the handle is open the whole way - for both hot and cold. I had this faucet installed by a professional plumber. After noticing this problem upon installation, he and I called the American Standard installation hotline together. The plumber had already tried the two troubleshooting steps the representative suggested, so the representative sent me a new cartridge. I also purchased a second faucet of this same model just in case the cartridge replacement did not work. The plumber returned and replaced the cartridge, and it did not fix the problem. He then proceeded to uninstall the original faucet and installed the second faucet of the exact same model that I had purchased. This one worked a little better for about a month, and now it has the exact same problem! None of the other faucets in my house have any issues with the water flow and the fifteen year old builder grade faucet that this replaced had great water flow. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product and will avoid purchasing any American Standard products in the future. And will American Standard pay for the plumber to return yet again to install another faucet? They certainly should but good luck with that! Do not waste your time and money with this faulty product.

Very nice faucet with easy installation. For example, they marked on the pull-down line exactly where to place the weight. Tightening the faucet underneath is easy because after screwing on the locknut up to a certain point below the countertop, it gets hard to turn, but there are screws to tighten for a secure fit. Instructions are complete and easy to follow. The finish is very attractive and matches stainless steel as well as being a good match for brushed nickel. It provides good water pressure with a solid stream.

This is an absolutely wonderful product. The install was easy and it works great, so much better than the old faucet it replaced. It also looks great and is an attractive looking faucet when you walk into the kitchen. The style is between contemporary traditional classic design. I like pull down faucets to be able to wash things more easily and also fill pot on the counter.

If you are remodeling, the hole size is hard to find to get the pop in plates. We went to 3 stores: Lowes, Local Hardware and The Home Depot, the plugs were 3.00 or more and did not fit. The quality found in this faucet is outstanding. Brass is durable and long lasting for everyday use. Ceramic Disk Filter for a lifetime of no drips. ADA compliant metal handle lever. LEAD FREE Limited lifetime warranty on the function and the finish gives you durability, beauty and class.

This is a nice faucet, just what I expected. It was carefully packaged and the faucet came in perfect condition. The stainless steel finish matches my other kitchen appliances in stainless steel. The single handle sprayer is so convenient. After using a single handle, I would never purchase a kitchen faucet with a separate sprayer. I love the option for a stream or spray. The stream creates more pressure to clean off the food stuck on dishes or the sides of the sink. I ordered this to replace my other faucet when the hose started leaking. I'm hopeful that this will stand up to lots of use.

The quality of the finish and fit was much better than expected in a faucet in this price range. Installation was simple and straight forward. The volume and temperature handle was smooth and precise. Tested the water volume both with and without the restrictor. Obviously there was a difference without, but all things considered there was enough pressure to have the sprayer to work efficiently with the restrictor . The pull down head was very smooth and what made it even better was the retract. Some [this one included] rely on a weight on the hose to pull it back in place. But what sets this one apart this is a magnet that holds in back in place. Nice added touch American Standard!

This is an unbiased review that is unaffected by the fact that I received this product for free. As proof of impartiality, just click on my nickname and see the average of the ratings I have given over 300 reviews to date. As many reviewers have noted, there is no 3-hole cover plate provided. That is a mistake, because it is rather difficult to obtain a matching one. I was told that they were on back order so I had to use the old cover plate for now in order to satisfy Home Depot Seed's requirement to write my review within 20 days of receipt. Now I will have to uninstall the faucet when the cover plate arrives and the reinstall it. Waste of time and effort. in The photos, ignore the non-matching plate and dispenser. The faucet works as advertised. You have a selection of spray or stream by pressing one end of a rocker valve on the spout. There is also a spray pause control. Installation was ok with the usual home owner type of materials since we rarely have plumber tools handy. The faucet is NOT made of stainless steel. It does have a "stainless steel finish", which will eventually wear off. Avoid using almost any cleaner on this faucet. I mounted the faucet in the usual position with the handle to the right since I don't really want it spraying on my hands all the time.

This faucet looks good but it does not come with a plate to cover all the holes in a 3 hole sink. You must supply your own. It would be much better if a matching plate was supplied with the faucet like other faucet brands I have seen. I had a standard cover plate but the faucet would not fit through it so this installation does not have the plate cover and I will have to get another one or put in a one hole sink I have not found a plate that fits yet. This faucet is held in by one nut that has screws that force pressure against a plate. Be prepared to spend considerable time under the sink tightening this faucet. All the supply lines run through the tightening nut system and it is a really tight fit. The weight that holds the faucet spray line up into the fixture installs with screws and is tight to install. Also be prepared for extra time under the sink to put that part on. Once installed the pressure is fine and it does have an advantage that it automatically will change from spray mode to regular flow when it is turned off. That means you will never accidentally get spray from it when you turn it on since it is always in regular flow when it is turned on.

My selection is stainless steel, but it is also available in several finishes to match your décor. The pull-down faucet has a selection of stream, spray and pause functions. The memory feature allows the valve to open in your selected position making repetitive tasks easier. If you are doing a replacement rather than new installation and need to cover existing holes there are plates available for your needs as an additional purchase. Extremely nice upgrade on a faucet that will last for years to come.

High quality kitchen faucet with all the features you need for everyday use. The pull down sprayer has a magnet so it snaps back into place every time. Lot's of sprayers out there do not have this feature and over time they become lose and may separate from the faucet resulting in an unattractive look. the sprayer also has three functions which are stream, spray and pause The polished chrome finish is flawless and ads to the beauty of this faucet. American Standard usually sells outstanding products that keep their finish exceptionally nice for years and years. The faucet itself is made out of metal including the lever. And of course it includes a brass swivel spout. The flow rate is set to save water but does not affect the functionality of this faucet.

I've installed a few kitchen faucets for my family and myself over the years and this is as nice looking as I've seen at this price. The parts don't feel cheap and the design of the pull down sprayer is really nice. It makes it easy to switch between spray and full while using it with one hand. One thing to mention is that this doesn't come with a three hole cover but they are easy to get and the color matches perfectly.

Really beautiful faucet with great features! The hardest part of this process was removing my old faucet that seems to be original to this kitchen at the cottage I just purchased! This faucet installation (once I removed the old faucet) took about 20 minutes! The included hot/cold supply lines are color coded so you can't make a mistake and it's great for identifying the lines under your sink later on if needed. I haven't upgraded the sink and countertops yet but needed a working faucet so the pictures do not do this beautiful faucet justice! I wish American Standard would have included the matching "sink hole cover". I'm sure that would not have cost them a lot to add that and especially at this faucets price point! You can, however, order that part. It would be part number 1660.152.075 for stainless steel. Home Depot also sells faucet base plates so you can probably find one that will work. This is why I rated it 4 out of 5 stars. The faucet has a button that you press for full flow, spray flow and pause which is super nice! The pull down faucet hose is about 28 inches so you can reach every corner of your sink and fill pots on your countertop! It has a weight that attaches to your hose so that it quickly & efficiently goes back into the faucet when you're finished using it. You can also easily fill pots in your sink due to the high neck feature of this faucet. The water pressure is great coming out of this faucet and this high quality, beautiful faucet is causing me to remodel the kitchen sooner than I had thought! Highly recommend!

A more classic look with stainless steel looking finish. Comes fully assembled so only requires installation. Did not find a deck plate included but instructions allow for installation with out without deck plate. Extend about 8 inches so can be used for medium to larger sinks. Has pause button as well as stream or spray function. Instructions come as separate sheets of paper and not a booklet so it’s easier to lose track of loose sheets.

My old contractor grade faucet needs replacing so I decided to step up in quality with the new American Standard Delancey Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Stainless Steel Finish. The high arch neck provides good coverage for any double sink. It’s ready for deck mounting in a single-hole configuration, however, it can easily be mounted on a 3-hole configured sink with an optional matching escutcheon. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and has the feel of a quality product. The base material of the faucet is brass and is lead free. It includes a ceramic disc valve for smooth action and drip free performance. The pull-down handle has a unique three-mode function that allows an aerated stream, wide spray, and a pause button, which stops the water flow as long as the button is depressed. The American Standard Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet is a high quality product made with premium materials. It is rather pricey, but well worth the investment for a kitchen fixture that's used multiple times every day. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner.

This is a very nice kitchen sink faucet that installed with relative ease. The chrome finish is beautiful and the water control handle moves smoothly and precisely. Installation went well with the hot, cold and sprayer hoses all passing through the same hole in the sink. One large nut threads onto the base and presses a large washer into the bottom of the sink. The nut only needs to be hand-tightened. There are four screws that pass through the nut and press the washer into the underside of the sink to secure the fixture (see photo). The sprayer pulls from the faucet very easily and I like the controls. One button changes the water flow to a wide spray pattern, and another button pauses the flow of water while the button remains depressed. The faucet looks great on my sink, upgrading the appearance of my kitchen. I'm happy to recommend this fine product.

There are a lot of different pull down kitchen faucets similar to this one to choose from. I really like the styling of this particular one...the way the sprayer mirrors the shape of the base, I find quite attractive. A classic design that my wife and I both really like. The three function sprayer is quite handy: spray, stream, and pause, and the retraction mechanism works extremely well. I got this in the chrome finish, but I really like the stainless finish, too. It appears to be very simple to install, which I'm hoping to be able to do soon. I agree with some other reviewers that I wish it came with a deck plate, which I'll have to purchase separately to replace my old faucet. I also find the possibility of mounting the on-off handle forward to be an interesting way to go, and possibly better, too. We'll see.

This kitchen faucet comes with everything you need . It is very well made and sturdy. It has three spray patterns and it even remembers what temperature water you used last. The pull down sprayer is convenient and doesn't spay water every where. It is easy to hold and operate. The only thing is that it is almost all plastic but I found out that almost all faucets are made out of plastic now. The chrome finish looks durable enough but time will tell how long it will last. Overall I like this faucet.

Beautifully finished kitchen faucet! I found this faucet very easy to install. If you have never installed a kitchen faucet you won't have any problems because the instructions are easy to follow. Fit perfectly on my double sink, the brass swivel spout reaches both bowels without having to pull out sprayer. It is metal which makes it durable. The sprayer has stream, spray and pause and is designed to save water.

Fantastic faucet. The stainless finish looks great and doesn't show spots. Really looks good on our stainless sink. High spout makes it easier to fill large pots or buckets. Spray head pulls out very easily and fully retracts every time by itself. The selection buttons on the spray head are simple and work great. You can easily select stream or spray at the push of a button (See photo and video). There is a third button that pauses the flow as long as you hold it in. When released, the water flows again. It's easy to control the flow by pulling the handle away from the spout. As you push the lever back towards the spout, the flow reduces until you push it in to stop the flow. Temperature selection is controlled by pushing the same lever toward you for cold and away for hot. The installation was simple. It only took about 15 minutes. The faucet has a nut underneath that you use to thread onto the threaded insert. No basin wrench needed. Turn it as far as you can easily turn it. There are 3 screws to tighten and they are what holds it secure.The two supply hoses are color coded for cold (blue) and hot (red). The remaining two hoses are to deliver the water to the spray head. There is a quick connect to attach the two to each other. Easiest I've ever used. Another great feature is the weight. Typically the weight slides on the hose to keep it retracted but if the hose tangles with anything under the sink, it doesn't retract. This one uses fixed weights that you attach to the hose. They even marked the exact spot the weight should be installed. It works great every time (See video). I did not mount the faucet with the control lever on the right side of the spout as designed. I prefer it to face the user instead. Easier for me to control the on/off without dripping all over the counter top I really like this faucet for it's easy installation, easy controls, great hose retraction, high spout and great looks.I highly recommend this one. They've used experience to make a great faucet. If it came with a base plate, it would have been 5 stars. I had to use the one that was on the old faucet

The American Standard Delancey single-handle pull-down kitchen faucet in polished chrome is a beautiful faucet. It has my favorite ceramic disc valve cartridge that will last a lifetime. I like the 3-function pull-down sprayer that has stream,spray and pause functions. The polish chrome finish is very nice and long-lasting. It comes with integrated 28-3/4in. long braided flexible supply hoses. Very well made and the quality is high-end.

Beautiful faucet! I had it installed in an older home and it looks amazing with my hardwood countertops and my stainless steel sink.

I love this faucet. It is so beautiful to look at. I love the way it pulls out and returns. It has spray and regular flow when extended. The flow rate is slower than a regular faucet, but that is expected with these type of faucets. No problems so far.

This faucet has horrible water pressure. The water was little more than a dribble. Checked our pipes, rechecked the faucet to make sure installation wasn't the problem- found nothing wrong. Put in a new faucet- different brand- works great. For the price of this faucet, I expected more. Also, the look and feel felt cheap. Not a smart buy.

This faucet is beautiful and well made.

This faucet has caused us issues from day 1. The flow out of it is so low that the sprayer won't stay on. We've had two plumbers come out who both say it's the faucet, not our water pressure, which is fine in the rest of the house. We love the look but it's terrible for a kitchen sink where you need maximum water pressure.

Installed this faucet on a new sink, before installing the sink. Relatively easy. If installing on an already installed sink it would have been a bear. Requires about 3000 turns of a nut, and 3 locking screws. The flow rate is not high, but adequate.

This faucet is working good, but as we were installing I noticed it didn’t have the magnet to keep the head in place. The pictures said it was magnetic, but after talking to the company, ours wasn’t magnetic because we ordered stainless steel. That needs to be noted on the picture!
