this product doesnt exist fales advertise!!!
I have placed an order twice and first order didn’t even get shipped out from the vendor. 2nd order made it to the store that I requested for a pickup but even with UPS’s delivery confirmation, the store staff said that they can’t find the shipment, the whole thing was waste of my time, ridiculous, unprofessional and the most rude customer service rep ever. HomeDepot you must remove this item off your website because you are selling a product that doesn’t acraully exist.

I returned this because I searched for storm windows and this came up. I didn't realize it was only the screen. When my wife returned them the cashier thought there was only one of them in the box and only credited my account for one instead of 2. My wife didn't realize it either so I didn't know until she came back. So I paid for 1 and ended up with none.

Order 3 times had damaged ! This time small hole in screen,took them anyway they just can't get it wright.
DISGUSTED with the whole process! You would think in this day and age they could ship with no damage,and at the cost they are!

I went in with a mangled screen that has to be at least 35 years old. The guys there were able to come up with the correct replacement. I brought it home and it fit perfectly!! thank you!
