These are great for taking care of your plants if you need to be away for a while. They last a week or so. We had our son-in-law come to refill them. Prior to purchasing these. He had to come 2 or 3 times a week.

Operate as advertised.....not that expensive

I have a variety of houseplants with wildly different water needs, and several routinely suffered from over watering due to my inability to keep it straight in my head. They weren't dead or damaged enough to signal not to water until it was too late. Using these globes on a regular basis, not just for vacations like some folks here do, has spared my more idiosyncratic (and more interesting) plants from their always-on-the-slightly-unhealthy-side fate. 10 thumbs up! To address a couple of other reviews: 1) they're glass. so yeah, they might break. Mine haven't because I'm careful since, you know, they're glass and might break if you're not careful. So be careful. 2) They're not hard to fill if you do as the instructions say. Don't try to pour a flood of water I to the spout; you have to trickle the water in via a stream that is, oh, about half the width of the spout so that air can escape and allow the water in. Letting forth a deluge of water on that narrow tube will leave you frustrated since your water hose is nowhere near powerful enough to overcome the force of that air pressing back against the opening. You're basically fighting a hydraulic lift with a garden hose. Dial your water flow back to about 1. This method also is less likely to result in debris being forced deeply into that narrow tube. 3) if you're inserting these correctly and finding that they are emptying rapidly, that's a sign your plant was super thirsty, not a sign that the globes are defective or that the advertising is false. These negative thoughts will kill your plants licketysplit. Stop looking for malfeasance everywhere and look to yourself for the roots of your problems. I had some initial rapid draining with a couple plants that always looked fine in the past, so I had no idea they needed deep quenching in order to thrice instead of just survive. After the first few rapid drainings, hey, presto, (Occam's razor, no one was out to get me with false advertising, who has time for that?) the plants I had assumed were fine were in fact "fine" but now that they aren't on the edge of silently dying of thirst they're more than fine, they're magnificent. Seriously, a good attitude solves so many problems, especially vis a vis plants and especially especially with a great product like these aqua globes.

It works very well, my plants are happy.

They are exactly what I expected. They are so pretty in the pot!

These are nice, but be aware that the stem clogs up with dirt, so make a hole first, the put the stem in. They look nice.

Larger than I had thought but good size for my 6 inch potted plants.

Mini water globes just the right size!

Love them! Super easy and I use them for my plants on higher shelves

I bought it for a Christmas gift

I had a globe approx 7” long that I broke and looking for something similar found these. Although marked mini they are approx 7” long and fit in my 6” pot slowly releasing water over week or more. Never worry about overwatering.

I loved these so much that I bought more sets for friends and family!

Easy to use and a reasonable size for indoor house plants.

In comparison to the large globes, the mini water globes are definitely the way to go. I believe the globes in general are wonderful for super busy people!
