Sleek looking and great functionality. Bought this to go with Grohe rain shower head. Coordinates perfectly. Makes rinsing the shower out easier as well.

This is nice compact shower head. The nozzle-jet field measures 4 inches in diameter, with the protective body adding another 1” of diameter. It’s smaller size probably makes it better suited to small tubs and showers. The surface gleams and the head easily parks in its cradle at the shower arm. I like the shower selection slide which is easily moved with wet hands, through several types of shower stream and to an “off” position. The “hose” appears to be a reinforced metal spiral jacket that provides some confidence that it won’t kink, tear or rupture. Installation was easy, all washers and even silicon plumbing tape were provided with the kit. A small plier might be helpful to remove your old shower head, but I was able to re-install this head without tools by just making hand tight connections using the silicon tape. The components almost all appear to be plastic materials, which I suppose will wear well in a wet environment; however, they might also be susceptible to breaking if the plastic collar is fastened too tightly to the plumbing connection, or the head is accidentally dropped or forcibly smacked against a hard surface like a tub/shower/wall. This is a nice, reasonably priced shower head for small showers/tubs, but it may seem lost in larger enclosures.

First of all the showerhead has a light weight and speaks of a quality product. The shower head allows for a nice steady water flow. One of the setting give the feeling of being outside in a moderately light rain shower. Very easy to install, the flex tubing between the shower head and the supply pipe coming out of the wall is not stiff like others, it flexes and bends with no resistance. The package also includes thread pipe tape with which you wrap around the threads 2 or 3 times before attaching and tightening the opposing threaded piece.

Ok, I am very happy I chose the Aquagenix Razor 5-sETTING HAND SHOWER IN CHROME. First, the one I had was extremely old, ugly and not working well no matter how much lime remover I used. & I have a water softener. Anyway, the new showerhead design is gorgeous, sturdy and the hose is long and made of actual stainless steel, not some cheap look alike plastic hose that leaks right away. I was provided Teflon tape and instructions that were easy to follow. Installed it in under 10 minutes. Water pressure is great, but the restrictor is removable if not adequate pressure. I’m a handyman and feel it is easy for even the novice of DIY-ers. I recommend this product to anyone who wants an upgrade that won’t set you back too much money. Well worth it.

This is a breeze to install and has a large shower head. Everything was included in the box, including pipe wrap tape. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I was able to install the shower easily in about 10 minutes. I tested to make sure there were no leaks, and only had to retighten one connection. Important- take care not to overtighten any connections. This shower head has 5 changeable sprays which are simple to adjust by shifting a tab on the shower head. The stream is good- this is a standard low flow head, but the spray is perfectly fine for us. The best part is having the hose to convert to hand shower, so cleaning the bath tub and tile surround is so much easier! Overall I am very happy with this hand shower.

Deceptive size and photos. There is more plastic in this device than the toy dinosaurs I bought my grandson. Curse your inevitable betrail. Not shiny at all...

I purchased two for both bathrooms The first one I could not get the connections to seal at the metal spout no matter how tight by hand, to the point of cracking the fitting. The rubber washers provided are way too soft for the connection to the metal spout coming out of the wall and get pushed into the pipe. I stopped there and returned them, bought Kohler shower heads and no leaks. You get what you pay for. BTW, our water pressure here is fairly high and this may have contributed. Would not recommend

Easy to install and works great!

I got this to replace my American Standard Hand Shower that still worked but wasn't as strong as it was when first purchased. The aquagenix does work with the limiter removed but my old American standard is still stronger. I will keep the Aquagenix as a backup but will be switchinng back to my American Standard.

I've had this showerhead probably about 1 month now and I'm going to return it for a different head. Nice looking shower head, decent spray settings, nice and smooth hose with good length, nice metal construction at joint with shower pipe. Turned on pause spray setting and beyond squealing like a stuck pig, it began to leak through the sprayer head. Now the head constantly drips regardless of the setting it's on and the pause setting does not work.

Great simple design. Best flow volume when you remove glow restrictor.

Installed easily, works great. I have low water pressure, but even with the flow restrictor (removable) the flow is better than my old unit. Lightly constructed, hope it lasts.

I got this hand shower to replace another one that was functional, yet too restrictive on water flow. This one is moderately better in terms of flow rate, but it wasn't spectacular. Thankfully, it came with instructions on how to remove the flow restrictor, which made a vast improvement. In terms of installation, it could not have been any easier; no tools were required, just hand-tightening of the pieces and you're done (with no leaks, either)! The shower has a sleek and simple design that doesn't look "cheap" or cheesey, but don't expect it to feel substantial; it may look like it's all metal, but I think the entire thing is made of plastic, which is not necessarily a detraction if you set your expectations. Although I gave it an "average" rating because there's nothing spectacular about it to make it stand out as an overall superior shower, it's still definitely a good deal when considering the appealing design and better flow rate.

Aquagenix Razor Slimline rainfall hand shower . For the price, this shower head is great . We have well water and our water pressure fluctuates in pressure and other shower heads we've had never flowed nicely. But this one gives great flow .It's so nice that I have a hard time getting out! (Showers definitely got longer)! Installation is straightforward and easy!

I received this shower immediately checked it out. There are supposed to be two hose washers included but there was only one. Luckily, I was able to use one from the old shower unit. The assembly was straight forward and easily accomplished. Teflon tape is included so I used it to wrap the pipe threads connecting to the shower unit. Turn the water on and no leaks. The head worked as it was supposed to. I checked the different settings and everything works. It covers different patterns from rain shower to jet. I think you'll be well satisfied with this setup.

I received my hand shower today.I didn't need to read the instructions because it was real easy to put together.it took about a total of five minutes.I like the five settings and the stream. I can't believe how the stream makes me feel,it feels like tiny hands all over. the settings are the best,you can have a soft or hard pounding on you.try it,you wont be sorry.
