Yes, as far as I know. I had a contractor install mine and the hardware looks exactly like the rod.
Sorry but unless you add some to the wall there is not enough space for it to fit in with any thing left for the rod to sit in. Only solution is to add decorative piece to each end to get the 60 inch needed. Than cut rod If needed
Yes, it can be cut down to any length you want. This is thin walled so use a hacksaw with a fine tooth blade for a better and easier cut. After cutting you might need/want to use a file file to smooth the cut end to prevent scratching or cutting yourself now or in the future.
So far I have had it for 2 years and no Rust. I did have to cut it a little and still no rust where I cut it.
Yes it does
Yes, the rod can be shortened. I had to have mine shortened by about 1-1/2 inches and it works just fine.
You only need four screws and four anchors to install this Most common applications are tile or sheet rock Other tub surrounds are fiberglass or composite board Depending on the type of product these materials may not need the plastic anchors but if you happen to damage the material to where the screw will not catch insert the plastic anchor One time I did not use the plastic anchors because there was a stud in the wall that I secured to
It depends on the size of the anchor and screws you're using
