[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This glue gun worked as well as others I have used, so I am happy with it. The packaging is just as abysmal as every other of its type. I punctured my thumb a bit (see picture) trying to get it open. One would think the American Industrial powers would come up with something easier to open! The project (a geocaching container) came out as good as I thought it would, so I am happy with that, too. I look forward to making many more with this glue gun!

Look at the picture. It wouldn’t push through using the glue sticks provided. I let it heat for 20 mins

I am a crafter and I don’t know why it took me this long to get this because not only is the hot glue gun amazing but having the option to get longer glue for it makes it so much easier for whatever project you’re doing this company is even giving me a brand new storage caddy just to give this review!

I used this to add pinecones and other decorations to my chirstmas pine that i put on my christmas sleigh . Worked great and everything is holding up just fine

I brought this gun to do a single job, first day it worked great, but eventually on the second day the glue started to drip and ease out of the gun casement, next day I come back the gun is completely glued shut from the inside out. The gun won't turn on now, only had it for 2 days. SMH Needless to say, didn't get the job finished, I unfortunately had to buy another glue gun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tool for wood working and home repairs. I like that it is light and doesn't tire you while using it. The glue stick size is nice since I have enough glue in the gun for my projects. Like the built in rest, especially when I need to work quickly and don't want to spend extra time trying to figure out how to set it down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tool about 2-3 weeks ago and I have used it nearly everyday. I love the ease of use and how it warms up quickly. That is why I discarded my last glue gun. It took way too long to get to a usable temp.

First use, hot glue backed up into the loading area and oozed out the right side of the unit. Glue would not advance. This device is a dangerous mess.

I used it on wood projects Making Christmas decorations It has far exceeded My expectations. I have used many guns and this one handed so much better than any I have used before. The only thing that I would wish that it had is an on off switch. I love it.

If you’re wondering why there is 2 Arrow 80W glue guns, this one more expensive, it’s because this glue gun has an electrical rating for 80W and the Dual Temp glue gun is rated for 13W with a “Peak” draw of 80W. So for a split second the Dual Temp may reach 80W. Very misleading. Buy this one, the “professional”, for 80W.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a strong bond to construct a transport box for a large wedding cake. The Arrow glue gun gave a strong bond on heavy duty cardboard and shelf lining. I used the Arrow glue gun on a wedding cake serving set, it had crystal handles so the amount of glue had to be precise to adhere flowers and bows without showing on the crystal, the set turned out beautifully and the job was so much easier with the right tool, thanks Arrow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dual temperature glue gun is very easy to use. Love the slim design to do exact projects. Was quick to cool down for easy storage.

Model making requires precision glueing of small components. This Arrow glue gun is the only tool I have found that delivers a 1/16" bead in a controlled pattern. When Super Glue doesn't do the job, I go to this glue gun. I never worry about the glue gun not having enough heat to lay down long beads of glue.

I've been using this for over 9 months now and have used over 36 sticks with this glue gun. It has been fantastic and working flawlessly. Within the past two days I noticed something seems to be wrong with the glue gun. When I plug it in it gets to temp and melts glue great but when i sit it down I get piles of glue that didn't occur before. I don't know if the thermostat is stuck or what could be wrong but I think I have a 1/4 to 1/2 glue stick piled up on my drip paper. I will be contacting the company to see what's wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This lil thing saved me a lot of time and skin. I was considering removing the trim pieces I needed to fasten (after just installing them). I was changing badges on my truck and after putting the new ones on I found them to have weak spots and with the GT80 I didn't need to remove the new badges (which may not go back on or break!) I just left them in place squirted a little shot of glue behind them and I'm a rock star! Now I'm I'm looking for things to fix glue. I also bought the ARROW slow set ( long as heck) glue sticks just in case I did have to take them off!

The glue gun works fine, the stand/legs broke as soon as I took out of the package, should be build with a metal stand or something a bit sturdier.

Kept glue gun plugged in for 20 mins and it never got hot and the glue didn’t even melt. Could not use. Worst glue gun and very dissatisfied.

This gun leaks A LOT, even with arrow brand glue sticks. Really frustrating, the only glue gun I have used that did this, and it’s awfully messy. Would return it, but it was a gift, and I don’t have the receipt.

I had high hopes for this glue gun. Out of the box I liked the stand. Thought it would be good to catch the glue drips from the gun. White using the gun, however, the stand is a real pain. You have to flip the stand up to use the gun and then flip the stand down when you want to set the gun down. You cannot set gun down without putting stand down without risk of burning something. Two hand process which makes it hard when you are trying to glue something. You need more hands. It comes with three full size glue sticks. Common size that you can get anywhere. You have to put two sticks of glue in for the gun to work and keep feeding it or the trigger won['t pull the glue down. This gun was frustrating to use.

Quick, easy and sturdy glue gun. I used the glue gun the other day on my son’s toy and puff magic. The packaging seems a bit cheap but when I held the glue gun, wow! I nice perfect fit feel to the glue. This was my first glue gun, so I read the instructions. I like the little kick stand to hold the gun in place while the gun heats up. I did notice after first time use that the gun did drip a little bit. Perhaps my inexperience, so make sure to use the kick stand to catch all that glue.

The Professional Glue Gun is such an upgrade to your traditional glue gun! Even though it still does the 'you have to feed it' technique (instead of pulling it through itself (ie, you have to put a second one in behind the first stick of glue for it to feed through) it does have a tighter fit for each glue stick - which means easier feed, more accurate out-pour, not such a mess, and more accurate!
