We are sorry to see you feel this way. Once properly assembled and anchored our customers find their storage sheds to be very sturdy and last 15 years +. Our sheds are designed as DIY projects in hopes of saving on installation costs. We recommend at least two people are required to assemble a shed of any size – at least one to position parts or panels, and one to handle fasteners and tools. Assembly time depends on a variety of factors, including roof design, tools available, DIY skill and the pace at which you work. Guidelines for each shed assembly are approximate AFTER completion of the base, and assume two or more people working on the assembly. Generally, you should plan on at least one day working with someone who can assist you. We try to make our manuals as detailed as possible in order to prevent mistakes. Our sheds do not include floors because the flooring used will depend varying on base type and application. We do offer a floor frame kit compatible with this shed that will support a plywood floor if you choose to anchor the shed directly on to the ground (plywood not included). If you did not receive the frame parts that make up your Floor Frame Kit please give us a call so we can have that sent out to you.

W are very sorry to see you are not satisfied with your shed. The Floor Frame Kit is not a floor it is a support system for a plywood floor which will have to be purchased separately. These should include Part #'s such as 10194, 10193 and 10192. There should be a separate leaflet include with your paperwork which will illustrate how this is installed after the shed has been assembled. We are glad to see that you are pleased with your shed. Unfortunately our sheds do not include a complete floor because the flooring used will vary depending on the base type. Your shed does include the floor frame kit which will support a plywood floor if you choose to go that route. We are very sorry to see that you experienced trouble during the assembly of your shed. The door slide must be straddled in the door track as illustrated on Step 4 of your assembly manual. If the slide is inserted completely into the track the movement will be impeded by the bolts and not work effectively.
