I bought the eggshell by mistake. Our wall looked incredible blotchy. I went back and bought the satin and it turned out perfect. Satin 5 stars eggshell was a waste of time.

Beautiful, low odor paint. the only downside is that when trying to cover older, rough wood, the coverage is much much less than the stated coverage on the can, and still required multiple coats. for the price I had hoped/expected that a single coat would be enough. That being said, I would buy this paint again since it goes on beautifully and does cover well.

I was using the project color app, and I was between this color and oriental eggplant. Exotic eggplant was the lightest color of the samples that I bought. I feel in love with making my music room purple. Based on the swatches on the Behr Paint website, I thought maybe oriental eggplant would be the one. But they always show the colors in well-lit, lots of natural light rooms, and let's be real most of us don't have big luxurious foyers or kitchens with giant windows. I love it.

I wanted to cover a hideous peach color with a soft lavender. Using a sample of the lavender demonstrated that it would take at least 3 or 4 coats to fully cover the peach. Who has time for that??? I usually don't buy this grade of paint, but decided my time was worth something. It still took two coats, but two coats with a perfect, smooth, gorgeous finish is much better than endless coats and possibly still being unhappy with it. Plus, in the long run one gallon of this was more cost-effective than needing two gallons of something cheaper.

The coverage of this paint is very good and is one coat. It is quite thick and there were just a few spots where I need to dab a little that the roller didn't get. Being that it goes on so well with one coat, you will use more of it. That's not a bad thing, but this premium paint does come with a premium price. Lastly, understand that for this one, a gallon is no longer a gallon - it's 124 ounces.

The consistency of this paint is like white glue. I used it on primed doors. The coverage was actually spotty so when I went back over the less than covered parts, it had already started to dry and resulted in horrible gloppiness on the doors. The consistency is like a thick white glue. Very disappointed. I took a fine sandpaper to them which is a little better. They are in the basement or I’d have to totally redo them - probably get new doors. Get the regular two-coat paint!

Did not cover in one coat!

I bought this because Behr guarantees it will cover in one coat. It did not. It almost covers in one coat, but I needed to go back and re-roll everything to cover up any light spots. I would still probably buy it again. It is nice paint.

Like the title states, save your money. This paint claims one coat coverage, which is why I didn't mind spending $50 on a gallon. Figured if I could save some time, it's definitely worth the price difference compared to the lower end paints. Couldn't be further from the truth. I was painting over a light beige color and one coat wasn't enough. Figure two coats should do the trick. Nope. The beige kept bleeding through. At that point I just stopped trying because it was not worth any more time.

Love this color (Classic Grey) Its the perfect shade of grey. Not too warm, not too cool. I used two coats and my walls look great.

Good paint but overpriced

Love the Marquee paint! I use it to paint a lot of furniture. It has great consistency and is durable.

The paint is great... I've been using behr premium for years. The can is crap. The cap does not unscrew effectively, the optional is ok but does not permit closing it off while I am painting, and the poly container does not accommodate the very effective aftermarket cover I bought from THD that works great with standard metal paint cans. Please offer the good paint in a better container.

Works great for an accent wall. Used it to paint the wall behind the TV. Add in a simple TV backlight, and you have yourself a nice little entertainment area. All in all, it turned out great.

Behr Marquee paint looks good on the wall. I used 3 gallons. All three gallons had clumps of “paint skin” in the cans. I had to constantly pick them out and often had to pick them off the wall. I was very disappointed in it.

Love the color and the paint went on so smooth with no bleed through from previous paint.

Best paint i used. Took one coat of light blue to cover up a purple the color of the can. Very suprised. And it fidnt smell like some do

Behr Paint is the BEST. Marquee has a creme fraiche texture, covers anything in only ONE coat and the color I used, Hacienda Tile, is STUNNING!

Behr is the best paint on the market, in my opinion. I tried another store's brand, also with primer included in the paint, and the coverage was NOT a one-time coverage, even though it was advertised as such. Behr went over BOTH paint colors and covered it perfectly. Thank you.

AWESOME coverage one coat

This paint is the best in my opinion. Using it in our whole house. We chose the paint color graceful grey and it looks great in every room we've painted so far.

We have been using Behr paint for years. We have been using Marquee paint since Behr came out with it. It was used in my grandson's bedroom. He wanted a very dark blue on a white wall. Believe it or not, it covered perfectly in one coat. After that success, we decided to try it in our finished basement. A denim blue over an ivory white on the bottom if the wall. That went so well, we did a full accent wall. All in one coat! I would absolutely recommend Behr Marquee paint.

I had to do 3 coats of paint, Marqee to cover the walls I was painting.I was covering a wood look 1984 mobile home wall. Disappointing to need to apply 3 coats.

This paint is excellent. Goes on smooth and covers well.

High quality paint that goes on beautifully! Strong smell while wet, but the following day, the odor had dissipated. Only one coat needed.

Really high quality paint. Thought I would need 2 gallons for our project, but only used around a half gallon. Is a very thick paint that you will only need one coat with.

We had three colors to cover, red, green, and yellow. The color we chose was wave top an aqua. IT ACTUALLY COVERED ALL THREE COLORS IN ONE COAT.

I have applied 3 coats of this paint in an interior room, it does not spread and dry consistently. I ended up spraying primer and redoing the room with another brand.

Great paint. Painted 10x10 bedroom and closet and used less than a gallon. Painted over a light tan and only need to use one coat (rolled a little heavier coating but worked great).

One coat covered the prior wall color very well! I happen to love this color! It is a warm and cheery that complements the warm tones in my home very well. Prior wall color was almond--too grey/cool undertones and a coral color that did not work.
