The coverage on concrete was about as expected. It hasn't rained much yet, but what little rain we had appeared to bead up. It was cumbersome to pour out of the 5 gallon bucket and into a pump sprayer without spilling. A nozzle of some sort would have made it easier.

Great Product & Does The Job!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this product to seal our sidewalk. It's a great product, we could see the results immediately. But it doesn't give enough coverage (very thin liquid). We always need 3-4 gallons in order.to cover the entire sidewalk.

Gallon covered about 270 sq ft using a pump sprayer....
Gallon covered about 270 sq ft using a pump sprayer. However about 70 ft of that was rough concrete and it sucked up about 35% of the gallon, 60% went to smooth concrete. Had a light rain a few days later, beaded beautifully on the smooth concrete. But not so much on the rough, so going to give that area a second pass.

Works great ! Applied with a roller, dries clear, doesn't change color of cement, water beads up on it. Leaves and debris that would have left a stain mark before rinse off. Satisfied so far, hopefully it holds up over time.

Works very well, clear/colorless. Does not change the concrete appearance at all. Be SURE to thoroughly clean (pressure wash) the concrete and let it thoroughly dry for at least 24 hours before applying the protector/waterproofer. Note: Very easy to apply, but my driveway soaked it up like a sponge, and my coverage was less than half of what the product predicted. But it works beautifully.

Sealing Flagstone directions from Behr.
Inappropriate for flagstone according to a call to Behr. The Low Lustre (red label) Waterproofer was deemed better for the flagstone & mortar. Also learned to wait 30 days after power washing before applying any of their waterproofing products.

Would recommend
Have new concrete patio used a 3/8" roller to apply. Had to learn a good technique to apply as surface was not smooth once that was done things went fine. Beads up when it well when gets wet. Was worried about coverage but the bottle give estimate on sq ft had just a little left when done.

This product is designed to penetrate the surface and provide a flat finish. To get the glossy look you want, I recommend removing this product with a conventional paint stripper and applying our Wet Look Sealer instead for a shiny finish. Does what it says
I applied this to an 800 sq ft slab and it was very easy using a pump sprayer. We had three days of dry weather for it to cure and when it rained this morning I can confirm that the water does in fact bead up and not soak into the slab. I can't speak to how long it will last as it has been less than a week but so far so good.
