I have used this paint inside on basement floors and plywood sub floors (after removing wall to wall carpet) and outside on a wood deck. Dries fast, cleans up with water and resists UV rays. Very good product. I’ve used this paint/stain for 14 years.

Hi there, thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that the coating comes off easily. This is not how we expect our products to perform, and I understand your disappointment. I recommend removing the loose coating, cleaning and etching the bare concrete until it feels like 150-grit sandpaper, priming teh bare concrete with the Concrete Bonding Primer No. 880, and touching up or recoating as needed. I don't love this paint at all. The color is spot on, so I gave two stars, but the quality is so poor, following the instructions it is already not holding well. This is what the store recommended for high traffic, it is NOT a great paint for wear at all. Will have to spend more on a fix, as this is not up to expectation.
