Terrible
It's very thin and does not go on well and when dry looks terrible and it's expensive. Would live with the price if it did the job correctly. I will need to do it all over again but with a different product! It's sad that I need to spend my time and money twice to do one job.

Paint stated on label that is was epoxy based for exterior concrete. After 2 coats and 3 days of drying the rain caused it to completely peel off. Terrible product

Hi there, thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear our 1-Part Epoxy peeled off from the rain. To fix this, I recommend sanding to remove the peeling paint, cleaning and etching the bare concrete until it feels like 150-grit sandpaper, and touching up with leftover paint. I went to Home Depot with the intentions of buying the 2 part Epoxy Garage Floor kit. The paint desk employee told me this was the same thing, but only 1 part. I wasted my time and money. This was like chalkboard paint. It took forever to dry and is nothing like epoxy. Am now in the process of removing this paint and starting over.

This product was just what we needed. Our basement was remodeled and somehow the laundry area was not the included. That area has old, asbestos tiles. We wanted something to cover them and keep them from cracking. The 1-part epoxy was perfect and the floor looks awesome. Our oldest came to visit and he said he really liked the “new” floor.

most recent purchase was to patch 2 year old mess. Prepped and painted waited entire week to drive on again and two weeks later its already showing tire tracks. Poor at best performance. Worst part about it, it will be an expensive repair to fix it properly.

In the meantime, to fix the issue, I'd suggest cleaning the surface with a concrete cleaner/degreaser to try and remove the tire marks. If cleaning doesn't work, I'd suggest lightly sanding the surface with 120-grit sandpaper, cleaning the surface completely, and applying another coat of paint. Great choice for old basement floor!

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product to paint my front entryway/sidewalk since the concrete was very stained. I wanted to make my entryway look a little nicer. The product went on beautifully and very easy to use. Covered in 1 coat! I would highly recommend!

Easy to apply - durable!

Great product to DIY your patio or concrete carports. A lot less expensive to have it done professionally and it works as well. Do clean your area very well before using or it will peel.
