Thank you for your review. As stated underneath the product image, "Colors may vary by screen type." Please keep in mind that screen settings can have a major impact on color appearance. That is why we strongly advise trying out a small 8 oz. paint sample before starting a new paint project. I suggest going that route for your next project.

Hi Hilary - Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that this color turned out brighter than expected. Colors online may vary from the color you ultimately paint on your project, so it's best to check out the paper swatch or purchase an 8 oz. sample for the most accurate representation of the color. I also recommend checking to see if the color was mixed correctly by comparing the paper swatch for New Bamboo PPU10-04 to the dried paint dab on the lid of your paint can. If they match, the color is correct, and we recommend recoating with a new color. If they don't match up, the color may have been mixed incorrectly, and we recommend recoating with the right color. Sorry to hear you didn't get the coverage you were expecting from our paint and that it dripped; that's not the experience we want our customers to have with our products. Our Premium Plus Paint offers great coverage. However, it's not guaranteed to cover in a specific amount of coats. Multiple coats may be needed to achieve your desired coverage. To ensure proper consistency, we recommend stirring your paint for 3-5 minutes before using it. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Hi Ari - Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that this color didn't turn out as expected! The color Sweet Jasmine M330-3 is an earthy green shade with a yellow undertone. You may want to check out colors like Canvas Luggage N300-2 or Casual Khaki N300-3 instead which are light brown/beiges shades. Hello LindaA, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your paint was thicker than anticipated and didn't cover your surface as expected. Each gallon of our Premium Plus Paint covers about 250-400 Sq. Ft. Keep in mind that more porous or textured surfaces will soak in more paint. To ensure proper paint consistency, we recommend stirring your paint for 3-5 minutes before using it. To ensure proper coverage on a medium to rougher textured surface, such as orange peel walls, we'd recommend using a 3/8" or 3/4" nap roller. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
