Poor collection bag
The unit works well but the collection bag clogs quickly from small particles. The air flow is blocked causing poor vacuum suction.

Returned to store because it was too heavy and cumbersome for a senior citizen to operate. Need a lighter weight blower/vacuum. I want to add that it had a very good price, and it might be perfect for a stronger or younger person. I gave it an average rating due to comments expressed.

NOISE!
I was disappointed with the first setting, second setting was mediocre, but the worst part was that it has a horrendously loud high pitch sounds. My pets run and hide! I haven't decided whether to return it or not, but I sure as heck don't want to go buy noise cancelling head phones just to use a leaf blower. I have not tried the vacuum feature yet. I'll weigh in on that later.

This is the best blower that I have ever owned! When they say 230 mph performance they mean it! The vacuum attachment is included so you can pick up the leaves that you have blown into a pile.

Gets the job done & meets expectation. When mulching, you need to wear a mask as much dust is emitted through the mulch bag. I’ve used a gas blower in the past, but found this blower does the job just as well, thus don’t have the maintenance issues (gas, spark plug, starting, etc.). Lot cheaper than a self contained electric battery machine, so this, to me, is much better ROI.

Just stopped mid work
I was using my BD fine and unplugged it, moved to another location in my yard, and when I plugged back in, it was dead, even though investigating the impeller, etc. showed nothing wrong---complete mistory since I use it only twice a year

Black & Decker leaf vacuum worked great. I pulled 17 55 gallon bags of leaves out of one yard. I would highly recommend the adapter to blow the leaves directly into a trashcan and save all that time emptying the snaller bag.
