Worked great the first time I used it. Then it wouldn’t turn on the next time. I returned it for a new one, hoping it was a fluke.

The bag does not stay closed.

Have used it once. Does what is says it will do. it is amazing how much the catch bag will contain, especially given the mulching it does to the leaves. Instruction Figures are a little sketchy some times but, with a little thinking about each, were overcome. Picks up little acorns, but not medium/large and same for twigs. Having to switch from blowing to vacuum is a bit more tedious than the older models

Did a great job on all our oak leaves here in Florida. This vac was our only option without killing ourselves raking and trying to get these small leaves out of st Augustine grass. Great tool!!!

Leaf collection on your back is very comfortable and makes leaf collection easier

It was too heavy and cumbersome for me. I’m sure the product was good for both younger persons and bulkier bodies.

I think it should have stronger sucking power. Trying to suck up leaves in my opinion wasn't that great.

This vacuum is average. It struggles with big leaves, and the battery runs out quickly. It is easy to carry and because there is no cord I can go to places in my yard that I could not before. So, despite the inconveniences, it meets my needs. I would recommend you buy a second battery, though, if you want to do both the front and backyard.

A coworker told me about this type of blower/vacuum combination. It makes clean up so much easier. After my other black and deck blower fell in our pool, this was highly needed.

The black tubing from the bag to the machine does not stay connected at the machine after multiple use

The blower vac works just as well as my 2 previous machines. The hose, however wore through after one use. I am very disappointed in the collection kit

Great vacuum, and the bag is easy to empty

I was excited to purchase this item to help me out this season as I am surrounded by trees between me and neighbors. However, I became quickly disappointed and annoyed with the  functionality of this product. After about 25min the bag dettached itself from the blower. When I looked, the tubing had literally come undone and was unable to be put back together, therefore I was unable to attach the bag  back to the blower/vaacuum.

For a mechanically inept person,the instructions were easy to follow and understand.

My only complaint about this product is the integrity of the bag! They ripped way too easy and I am having to safety pin the holes/rips up and/or the zipper stops working! I went on this site to see if I could get a replacement bag., but after reading the other reviews, it appears not! I find it frustrating that you can’t get replacement parts, like the bag! My second bag didn’t last two seasons and that isn’t right!! I will have to take my business else where if I can’t get the bag replaced!

This is a crappy product. Only used it a half a dozen times and on/off switch doesn’t work.

Inferior product. Leaves continuously get jammed at plastic impeller intake, necessitating a partial disassembly of vacuum. Also, a poor design for the leaf bag, with no zipper. The bag depends on two strips of plastic, or other inferior material, being forced against each other by use of an ineffective clip system. I have used an older model before, with a metal impeller and zippered bag, and had no issues. I do not recommend this current product with cheaper materials. I will be returning it.
