I hand a New door and this hardware installed by a contractor less than a year ago and other than looking nice in the box and from the outside, it’s faulty. I am very disappointed. The handle latch sticks and does not spring back unless I hit the handle up on the inside. And just today, the interior handle pulled right off the knob, and now pulls right off when I go to open the door. For the amount of money paid for this hardware, this should last more than 11months. Do not recommend.

It comes with lifetime guarantee, but based on what I've seen so far I won't ever be needing to call waranty department. This product is far superior than anything have used for our rental properties or any of the property flips have done over the years. To say this is a step up is an understatement for sure! When box arrived I first noticed how heavy it was. When it says solid construction, it really is solid construction bult to last. The directions were easy to follow and I didnt have any issues with the install. The handle turns so nice and easy, its just awesome! Superior quality for sure. I still find myself looking at them and wondering why I didn't try this product sooner. I'm very impressed and it sure has upgraded my space. A little added luxury. I also like this has smartkey technology so if I ever need to re-key it will be easy to do. I would definitely recommend!

It gives off a very fancy and pristine look. My only complaint is that I’m wary of its durability and how long it will hold up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Baldwin Spyglass handle set with lever is really nice! It is heavy duty and you can tell it’s made really well. The setup is easy but I had to watch a video online for the set up instructions since I can’t read small prints. Setup is fairly easy. Most of the materials are included. I just needed a drill to secure the handle on the bottom part. Everything else was easy to align. Overall, I am very happy and impressed with this product. It will be even much nicer once we re-paint our door when the weather gets warmer. I highly recommend it.

The quality is just impeccable and will look so beautiful on our front door. My Husband says it looks very easy to install and I can't wait until he does! It comes with the entry handleset, interior door hardware and deadbolt, adjustable latches and strikes, mounting hardware, 2 keys, SmartKey tool, and easy installation instructions. I'm really happy about the SmartKey Re-Key Technology. The best part is all you need is a Phillips Head Screwdriver! I would definitely recommend this beautiful Handleset!

I like how the keyhole is hidden under the little sliding piece of metal. We had several complaints after installing and my husband said it was easy to install.

Had this set installed within 10 minutes. Packaged really well. I have a double door so I called Baldwin and they sent me out a Dummy kit. The only bad part is I had to pay for two working sets. They look and work awesome

It looks beautiful. It also easily accommodated the existing installation holes from the prior Baldwin set I had, even though it was a slightly different size. It operates smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with it.

The handle is beautiful and appears to be well made. There is a definite weight to it. Sadly we ended up having a mortise lock so this will not fit with our cut outs. So I can’t comment on its function.
