Customer service/warranty was top notch as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hold Fast Brewing in Springfield, MO does not have internal air conditioning. With the summer, specially June of 2022, getting SO hot last year it impacted business; we then made the decision to invest in a Big Ass Fan. It was the best thing we could have done, we have a large taproom and it adequately cooled it down a noticeable amount. It’s now a summertime staple that continues to allow us to serve the community year-round. We love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 3 of these coolers for our weld shop in Phoenix, AZ. Two of them are in an outdoor area where we building a big project. These coolers have allowed our welders to work during the day in temps over 100 degrees. What a difference the cooler air is in this area. The other cooler is in our maintenance shop and has cooled off this area significantly.

Not a joke when you say Big Ass Fan, Working in Arizona 110 degree temps can really slow production down causing us to end the day around 2:00 pm, with this fan we can work until 5:00 and add 15 hours of production per week that results in 8000 per month, Its not about can I afford this fan its about you cant afford not to have this fan. Simple math fan has already paid for itself in first season and will last for many more.

Cools shop down enough to work comfortablely in Texas heat

The bolts holding the frame that holds the motor have backed out. We have had to pull the thing apart to re-thread the bolts. We also used a nut outside to solve the bolt from backing out again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 3 of these units for our shops and they have been working great so far, and our mechanics have provided a lot of great feedback on the machines.

The two Cold Front 400 units we tested were the perfect addition to our assembly operations area in combination with Powerfoil X ceiling fans and a building exhaust fan to keep the area fed with fresh air cooled by the CF 400's. The workforce liked the effect enough that we have ordered six additional Cold Front units for the other work areas.

We heard that this blew much cooler air than the average fan and it lived up to the hype. The variable speed control is a nice feature. Assembly and hook up is simple. The unit is easy to use. Be advise, there is some preventative maintenance involved. We have 2 units. One is hooked directly to faucet water. The other is hooked up to a pump and potable water reservoir.

We bought two of these several weeks ago. We heard that they blew cold air. We were skeptical, but once installed... sure enough... they blow distinctly cooler (if operating with water) Variable speed control is a nice feature. It's easy to set up and operate. The employees really like them. I deducted one star due to the size. They require a fairly large area and they drink a good bit of water. Having stated that, once hooked up and operating - they live up to the billing. Of our 2, one is hooked up directly to a faucet. The other is hooked up to a pump & reservoir.

Our company bought these fans for our warehouse employees for the hot, humid Southeastern summers. These fans have turned our suffocating warehouses into a pleasurable work environment. They are easy to set-up, easy to clean and easy to use. These fans bring a much needed relief to our workers and has dramatically improved their demeanor during these tough summer months. I highly recommend this product.

I was skeptical before the Cold Front arrived. Because it has been a hot June in Louisiana and a cold front is too rare. But the BAF Cold Front 400 has been everything we wanted and more.

Looks like your engineers were spot on. Two Units can do our job beautifully. We are finally getting some warm weather and had a chance to test them out. They work even better than expected. I was leery of using one in an office environment with people on the phone and working with customers. No problem though. Is it loud? Sort of, I can hear it but, I can use the phone, speak in a normal tone and hear just fine. The big thing is it’s cool. You said it can drop the incoming air temperature 20 degrees, yes it can, we measured the temperature and it went to 22 degrees about 6 feet in front of the outflow. The 300 is more than adequate for our 1100 square foot office and the 500 should handle our 1800 square foot bindery just fine. We did measure a 12% rise in humidity from 24% to 36%. That’s great! We are a print shop and static is an ongoing problem. 40% to 50% is ideal for us but, 36% keeps the static problem in check quite well. Our Big Ass Fans do the job for us and we expect to finally have a comfortable summer.

Even Thomas Edison would be "shocked" at the electrifying results of this amazing weather creator. When paired with the incredible fans we purchased from you previously, this powerful blizzard like air mover actually reduced the air temperature in our facility. It creates tornado like conditions with hot air being pushed down, cold air mixing, and BAM...tornado! Highly recommended for anyone that is looking for a chill in the air.

It just didn't work for our application. The return process was straightforward and I would definitely recommend considering this product if it fits your needs.
