its a good product except the bottle jack itself doesn't work. I need to buy a new bottle jack and drill the base of it to mount it.

WORKS GREAT, THOUGHT MY HARLEY WAS TO BIG TO USE THIS. BUT IT LIFTED IT NO PROBLEM.

I am very disappointed!! The jack does not work correctly and not hearing anything thing back from the manufacturer.

Very sturdy and well built.

Be very careful when lowering the bike as the bottle jack is very touchy. Remember to use proper jack point.

Easily assembled. Raised and held my 500# motorcycle with ease. Greater flexibility than the built-in motor cycle stand. Very happy with the purchase.

Jack cylinder leaks. Won't hold the weight for more than 1 hour. Very disappointed.

I'm restoring two Honda three wheeler and this works great.

Works as advertised. Easily lifts my Harley Road King, which makes working on the bike much easier and safer.

Horrible customer service. Took three months to arrive. Showed up a month after I had asked customer service to cancel. No excuse for the Lack of communication, charging someone almost two months later, ignoring cancelation request.

Got this from home depot today. followed the instructions and had it together in no time, very easy to assemble. it lifted my vulcan 800 with ease so I could change my oil. what I really like about it is how I lowered my bike slowly using the jack handle and I like where the hooks are located for the straps.

Does the job, but of course you have to be very careful. I wish there was some better way to secure the frame of the bike to the lifting cross members, even before you begin to jack. Some kind of J-bolts or L-bolts that you could tighten down in 4 places on the rubber padded base rails.

Came out of the box twisted, and will not go all the way down. It's junk.

This jack was not what it seemed ! First did not fit under my Harley Davidson Roadking. After I figured how to lift the Bike it did not seemed stable to ricks working underneath. I would not recommend this for any big bikes/ atv’s may not support it well enough to feel safe.

Longer than I need it to be, doesn’t collapse as far as I need it to. Lifts and holds the bike well, hard to get under the frame.

First thing noticed is the packaging was appropriate for the product. Next, the construction is sound i.e. the welds, steel choices, and fasteners. The product preform perfectly alleviating concerns of stability while bike was lifted.

Pure junk. Seals blew out on bottle jack on the third use. Almost dumped my Ultra Classic in the process. Do not use on heavier bikes.

It works great! Had a little trouble getting the jack body in the frame but figured it out!

So far so good! But i just got it and changed oil in my touring bike with it and it seemed to do the job it was intended for , However my only complaint is the width of it seems pretty narrow so i cant use any of my three oil dump pans! Other than that i hope it holds up! (overall good !)
