So disappointed in Dewalt's shop stool
Not all products are well built, durable and satisfy customer needs. If you want only positive reviews, then produce a quality product worthy of positive reviews.

Great stool but not prefect
I've been looking for a 40x40cm stool for my studio for a while, and this one is the best stool I've tried so far. It's the perfect size to fit my workspace, easy to assemble, and the frame is really strong.
However, the product I received is not perfect. The stool cannot be leveled properly due to an uneven leg, which made me a little bit crazy. However, I fixed it on my own by using a 3D printer to print a 0.3mm high shim. I like my stool, but it could be even better.

The casters are not heavy duty and failed
I thought it was going to be a heavy duty stool.. it’s really it. I bought 2 and both the seats are now flat and the casters have fallen apart. I’m really disappointed. I do like the design but they didn’t even last 18 months. For the price it’s not worth it.

I really like this stool. Easy to move around and high quality. I'm a big guy and this thing has no problem holding me up or moving around once im on it. Very comfortable.

Great work bench
These are a great work stool for the money, they roll great, are comfortable and support you well for long periods of time. Great to use rolling around your Harley for cleaning or your car. Get a few to have your friends hang out in comfort while they visit.

Very durable
My wife bought this for me for Christmas. I have read the comments and had to laugh at what they said!! First of all, the quality of the seat is way better than the cheaply made brands, and what do you expect from a 120 chair? It’s quality is fine for the price! And to the lady who rated this a 1 because her husband can’t barely reach the floor? Are you serious? Is he like 2’tall?? My 13 y/o can put her feet on the ground!!
Overall, for the price, it’s a very durable seat and perfect for my job as a maintenance mechanic.
