Two blinds arrived and missing end caps - well I figured I can request those be supplied so I went ahead and installed. I have installed many of this type before. Very disappointed, when raising to the top the cords go slack and the top won't raise. Try again and 1 in 8 times it will go up. The mechanism seems very rough and crude and doesn't work well. I bought several a few years ago and they work flawlessly. Definitely do not recommend. I'll be returning them soon.

If you advertise that the shade can be mounted from the back or up you should send the hardware for both options.

Price was good, but you get what you pay for. The brackets didn’t hold tight, the shade was difficult to pull up and pull down, and the end caps kept falling off. I returned these and spent more money to get quality shades.

Easy to install. Great and work fine. Very happy with this purchase.

Nice blinds. Easy to install.

They we're easy to install but the quality is not very good.It's difficult to get them to hang straight when they are retracted. One side tends to hang down.

They are easy to install. OK quality for where they are not put up and down often. Good price. Their major fault is that when we pull the top down and then put it back up ,it doesn't always fully close at the top. Sometimes if we play with it a bit, we can get it to stay fully closed at the top, but it's not always the case (We have 9 shades on a porch) The better quality shade that we bought elsewhere (and paid a lot more for) has magnets to prevent this problem.

I ordered two of these. *Both* do not work correctly. When I raise them fully, one side droops by about 1/4". It is very noticable.

The look really nice and block out the view.

Install was good, but not all the strings on the top side will go back up. Will be returning.

Love the color and they look great. But they won’t go to the top without the strings going loose. I live to far away to return them. Half functional.

Attempting to put the blind up. I need to use the back two holes and directions STATE "Those holes can be operated with 2 flat-head screws(Flat screws are not included in the package)" WHY NOT? Can you run to Ace for me? It is 8 miles away.

Do not filter light, at all

Blind doesn't hang level, frequently has a gap on one side at the top when we want it to be fully closed, and seems like a lower quality than other similar blinds we have.

The blinds are good for the low price, maybe a five star for the price. The top is plastic and doesn’t seem the sturdiest but I have in a low use area, pretty much set it and forget it.
