Here is why: Soft close works extrarodinarly easy for the freezer door. Finish is very resistant to fingerprints Dispenser is the quietest of any brand owned in the past 40 years and maintains cleanliness without drips, runs, or splatter. Door shelf designs accomodate tall items well as does top shelves in main cabinet. Double tray freezer system engineering is second to none Cosmetically very attractive, pictures don't do it justice! Extremely energy efficient Best of all the local authorized Bosch Appliance distributor did a magnificent job installing 4 major new Bosch appliances without a glitch other than an extended wait due to backorders, the wait was worth it! I love the long square handles and the stainless steel back, gives it more of a commercial fridge look when you open it. My number one favorite thing is the bottle fill function on the water/ice dispenser. With our fridges in the past filling water bottles was always messy and left dribbles of water everywhere. Well not anymore! The home connect feature is extremely handy!

This is a replacement for our previous Bosch 500 series refrigerator that had ice maker problems that couldn't be repaired in a timely manner. Bosch did the right thing in replacing the unit which was great customer support. However, 1 month after receiving the replacement we started having problems with the icemaker on this unit. Bosch replaced a control assembly for the ice maker and it has been work great thus far. There is obviously an issue that Bosch needs to address with future units. We love this fridge, just hope it continues to work properly since repaired.

We are so pleased with our refrigerator. It has a lot of space inside and looks sleek and modern. The price was great and the quality is what I expected.

I always thought Bosch was top of the line and probably out of my price range. I went to a local Bosch appliance dealer and compared prices to other brands and was surprised that I could get a Bosch at similar cost to Samsung and Maytag! I loved the flat clean lines. The ice maker works fast each day I dump a load of ice into the freezer compartment. I have been amazed by how long produce lasts in the drawers! I love my refrigerator!

Keeps veggies crisp and the internal temp is quite uniform. Ice and water dispensers work perfectly with no mess. The freezer is easy and the entire design is efficient, user friendly, and seamless. In our previous home, I had installed a Bosch dishwasher. We were so happy with its performance, we wanted to go with Bosch as we replaced appliances in our new home. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the dishwasher we wanted (no stock, no estimate of availability) but we did get a great deal on the refrigerator. So far it has worked to our complete satisfaction. Counter depth fits perfectly in our kitchen. The look is sleek and modern. Next step is to replace the vent hood over the range with a Bosch!

It has a smaller cube then the previous fridge BUT it is laid out so nicely inside that you don't feel the difference.

The only suggestion I would add would be that it would be a better design if the doors closed automatically. The way it is designed now you need to manually close the doors. In spite of this very small inconvenience I love the fridge.

Needing a counter depth appliance that was still modern and functional, we looked for a while for the perfect fit. Bosch had just come out with this model. We couldn't be more pleased. Only complaint, add one more bin for the right hand door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace an LG refrigerator that dies after 4 years. Hey, it's a refrigerator but there are some pros and cons. Pros: - The water coming from the door is very cold. Nice. - It has a clean look It makes ice fast Cons: - The lighting is good but the top shelf is a little dark. The LG had better lighting (one of the reasons we bought it) - There are three door shelves that have a very low side. I believe this is because high items on the left shelf near the ice maker output to the door would cause problems. The result is that items in these shelves tend to fall out. If the one shelf needs to be low, make the others with higher sides.

Had issues with ice maker as it would stop for days at a time and after several visits Bosch replaced the entire refrigerator

Love the sleek, flat, straight edge design that complements our German kitchen cabinets. The steel surface is easy to maintain and the self close feature of the freezer door is useful. Its connected to the internet and notifications are accurate and timely, which we did not consider to be a key feature before purchase. So silent that we cannot hear it run at all compared to the other sounds in the kitchen area vs the old fridge that made its presence felt throughout the day and night. Very effective cooling, we had to increase the fridge temperature setting by a couple of degrees vs the old one. The organization of shelves and the steel back plate vs plastic in other fridges makes for a premium look. There is always space in this fridge depsite being smaller by 3 cu ft. vs the old one and every we keep is very visible to avoid losing old groceries to new ones and having to throw them away. Highly recommended for someone looking to experience high quality engineering and design.

Kept our original refrigerator when we did our kitchen remodel in 2021 but it was going out so decided to fill out our last applicance with another Bosch. Looks great and just received so we will see how it goes. At first it didn't seem to be cooling after installation so did a reset and now all is good. Good flexibility on the sholving and love the stainless back. This brings the kitchen project together and finally feel finished

Bottom drawer still sticks in cant figure out what thats about. Adjusting leveling feet can cause damage to your floor. There should be a top ajustment real bad design.

The water and ice dispenser is very easy to use and love it has the capability to lock. Also features smart controls where you can control things from your phone like temperature and alerts you if the door is left open. Would highly recommend!

I like my new fridge, but wish it's French doors would close easier. I find one or the other partially open, when I thought door was closed. Should have a soft close like the freezer.

Because it is counter depth It has a small ice tray, which is quite enough for two people. The only thing I do not like about it Is that every smudge is very noticeable and I am constantly wiping it. Once wiped it is an excellent addition to my new kitchen.

Because it's counter depth and wider than an average fridge, I tend to not lose/forget things in the back of the fridge like I used to. I can see all my food and there's plenty of room. The lighting is great too. We didn't set up smart mode because I don't feel like that's necessary. Overall very happy with this purchase.
